alright i haven't posted in my journal since august 5th like 2 weeks but i've been on the forums every day so i'm gonna start doin a weekly update and what better day than the day new music and DVD's come out (TUESDAYS)

In The News

• Microsoft owns the rights to the iPod (awesome and ironic article, available HERE)
• Xbox 360 looks like its NOT going to have a HDD (heartbreaking article, available HERE)

Halo 2 Union

• First union to hit 2300 members this week awww yeh!
• Plans for a new banner and new union signatures are under way and myself and the officers hope to have them finished as soon as possible.
• Climbing back up the top ten with 7th likely by the week's end.
  

New Movies Out Today

• SIN CITY - omfg cannot wait to get this movie later today i mean god its sin city what more is there to say
• Dave Chapelle: For What It's Worth - well its a f*ckin tragedy that the chapelle show is no more, you can still see him perform stand up live at The Fillmore.........whatever that is

Music Under The Radar

• British Whale - This Town Ain't Big Enough For The Both Of Us (although a long title definitely get this song its made up of justin hawkins from the darkness so if you like them you'll love this)
• HIM - Wings Of A Butterfly (the true owners of the heartagram have a new single out wings of a butterfly and i love it check it out and watch for the new album in stores in september)
• Negative - In My Heaven (Finnish rockers Negative join fellow countrymen HIM on this week's under the radar with their single released earlier in the year in germany however it is in english so don't worry)

please comment on my weekly update idea personally i like it and its good to be forming sentences again after a summer of sleep deprivation!!

thas right THE HALO 2 UNION has reached 1700 members (most on gamespot naturally) we're so close to that 2000 i can't wait! i remember the race to 1000 way back in the day, and to all those in the union we're doing a great job maintaining our 5th rank in the top ten and with their being 530+ unions that places us in the top 1% (see even though school is out i get nice at simple math )

if you dont' belong to the halo 2 union yet drop on by and become a member we don't require any sigs' or tag's or links so we're chill (but we do have a few sigs and around 10 tags to choose from if you so wish)
