The Arockalypse is an incredible album. Some of the tracks that truly stand out, in my opinion, are Snows in Hell, Bringing Back the Balls to Rock and of course, Hard Rock Hallelujah. The album starts out, after the intro, with the incredible, genre glorifying, "Bringing Back the Balls to Rock". A song who's lyrics truly capture the essence of rock. Prepare to have your eardrums shattered! Snows in Hell, the album's ballad(ish) song is truly epic sounding. When Lordi screams lyrics such as "Now witness my rebirth, from the devil's churn!", you'd almost swear the devil just came right out of your speakers. Truly amazing vocals on this one. This leaves us, with my final top pick, Hard Rock Hallelujah. Listen to this song more than twice, and you'll never get it out of your head. This song makes you just want to jump up and sing along. In conclusion, Lordi is a fantastic hard rock band, who's unconventional look adds to their appeal. These guys really know how to rock, and any rock fan, young or old, should at least pick up this album and give it listen. If you haven't already, you're missing out!
