Withdrawls in the land of Oz

Here I am in the land of Oz, the world of the free, the Zion of Master Chiefs and I'm having withdrawls. I have yet totrip over a lobby with a 360, though I plan to correct that today.

I decided when I miss playing video games I can officially call myself a hobbyist (addict?),even though my world of warcraft is attached to my hip via my laptop. There is something to be said for regularly shooting baddies, like stress management or something.

No, not yet! I'm looking at Forza 2 pretty closely though.

But my gaming budget is pretty booked for this upcoming month.

No gaming? At all? That is horrible! At least you have the laptop though. Portable gaming devices rule, and said laptop does have an internet connection that can be used to download freeware shooters and dungeon-crawls in an emergency.

To me, that is a strong argument in favor of PC gaming.

It was fairly touch and go down here in the jungle for a while ... disc drive went on the xbox ... only had ten games already played to death ... GTA SA went on the blitz ... had a trial of Age of Empires on my crappy computer ... tried to fill the gap with free cell ... MorrowindMorrowindMorrowind ... watched a lot of movies, drank a lot of beer ... found a girlfriend with a son who owned a PS2 ... waited my turn, got yelled at ... not that crazy about Tony Hawk ... more beer ... more of the same ... pain, horrible pain ... better now, thanks for asking ...
