Jazz will always be the heart and soul of a lot of music, then and now. But, not a lot of people appreciate jazz. Jaco, especially his record Bright Sized Life, is simple amazing. By the way, punk rockers, stay away from jazz, don't even dare talk about this guy because it will be most likely negative for all the wrong reasons. Anywho, when listened to, you can learn a lot and develop your musical talent just by listening to and understanding this mans mean jazz skill. Although he isn't an old skool progger like the Floyd, Crimson or early Yes, he is an awsome jazzer of a cool guy and is up there with Miles Davis, who by the way also kicks!

I have nothing bad to say about any Yes anything prior to Tormato. Tormato is the turning point to darkness for the Yes's years of greatness. I love early Yes and only early Yes for its crazy energetic and freakin awsome tunes. All hail Yes. And shame on Yes for doing what they did in the 80's... shame on.

When you are with your buddies (real buddies peopleLOL inside joke) and your drivin along in your friends 90's Toyota stationwagon (it doesn't have to be all that), turn on this album and you will be transfered into the first freakin dimension! One dimension as we say up north! What is this? Hot Rats, a very sweet Zappa record. A must listen too. A must! I only wish I was listening to it right now.... alright there we go. Rock on Zappa fans, rock on.

Everyone listen to Zappa, he is the man. Why isn't there more people talking about him today, so what if he is a little wierd, he is a master of his wierdness in every way. The trouble most people probably have is listening to the right stuff off the bat to get a good feel for the Zappa sound and getting to like it. But, when you do stick to it and dig deep into his work because i find it funny, sweet, rockin, psychedelic and a good listen when I'm stiving for that old skoo funkay Zappa sound. By the way be very sober when listening to it, because bad things happen otherwise. You're welcome.

If you think you love the Floyd and are all like \"oh Dark Side\" or \"I love Roger Waters and The Wall\" well BAM!! Echoes is everything and those things are nothing when compared to each other. If you love the Pink Floyd you have to love it all, the long instrumental pieces, the early Syd stuff, the transition from Syd to Gilmour and well the popular stuff too it\'s all great but you hav eto love it all. Well I for one dissregard everything from the 80\'s so we can\'t count anything from that era can we ;). Anywho Floyd fans and you so called fans, Echoes is the summary of all greatness in Floyd\'s time hands down. Those who are not fans of Echoes and are fans of the Floyd... reconsider. Follow these steps: get wasted, turn off the lights, watch Echoes on Live at Pompeii.
