Lost in Daydreams

So this morning I am driving and a single thought sets off this wild daydream about the what-ifs and how I should have acted in a certain situation that I am now way too embarrassed to mention . . . you know those . .? the ones where you react ten minutes after you really should have let someone have it? . . . and all the things you should have said start coming to you .. . .? Yeah . . . one of those.

So in the middle of my oh so very elaborate and edgy renactment where I am not lost for words or too upset to put thoughts together . . I mean snappy comeback after snappy comeback . . . then whooooaaaa, I am startled . . . only to realise that I am in the middle of driving but luckily I was on autopilot but if I don't watch it I will be heading into the process of totaling the trusted Honda.

It has been one of those days.
