Well after a lot of great finales I am left with summer shows, reruns, and DVD's. But that isn't all that bad. It's nice to go back and rewatch some favorites and get into other shows that I missed out on.

On DVD I am going to watch/rewatch Smallville 3, all of Nip/Tuck finally for the first time, Lost 1, Veronica Mars 1, and Grey's 1.

With reruns I have gotten into Supernatural and also what I missed of One Tree Hill 3.

My find of the summer though is Entourage. I discovered that we had season 2 on demand and so I quickly got into it and have progressed all the way to the season 3 premiere. We get the new episodes immediately on demand so it is really easy to keep up since I am gone a lot in the summer. I had never gotten into an HBO show because we just recently got it.

The most important part of summer though is Big Brother. And this year should be the best with All Stars. I am so excited it is ridiculous. I hope to see Janelle, James, Howie, Diane, Alison, Dr. Will and many others back in the house.

THOUGHTS ON REALITY SHOWS AND FINALES:

Survivor: It was a pretty cool coincidence that the final 4 was one person from each of the 4 original tribes and whats even better is they are my favorite person from each of the tribes. So I will be happy with whoever wins but I am rooting for Aras.

TAR: A lot of good drama at the end of the show, and I am still rooting for Eric and Jeremy.

Big Brother: I can't wait for All Stars! It is going to be very exciting and the best part of the summer.

Veronica Mars: Great season finale... but hard to swallow. Poor Beaver, but at least it looks like it will make it to the CW.

One Tree Hill: Great cliffhangers at the end of the show, so now it NEEDS to come back.

Smallville: I just watched the finale and it was really good, of course it was "To be continued." Very typical of Smallville.

So in the reality games I have been participating in here, or now elsewhere, and I have done pretty good. I got second in the Amazing Race 3, and I am in the final 5 of Big Brother AR, and in the final 6 of Survivor 4. They are now at a sweet new site:

Now thoughts on my shows:
SURVIVOR
My favorites are Aras, Terry, Nick, Austin, Danielle, and I am starting to like Cirie, and Sally, Bobby, and Courtney are all right. I don't like Shane at all and Dan is my least fav. I hope something interesting happens with Terry finding the idol.

AMAZING RACE
Starts Tuesday! Go Jeremy and Eric.

GREYS ANATOMY
The Code Black episodes were ridiculously awesome. It keeps getting better, but I am a little skeptical about the whole Meredith and George thing. I don't like it but I need to see what actually happens next week.

LOST
Lots of weeks off are annoying but it is worth it for this show, I really like this season now and I really am interested in learning more about Claire.

LAS VEGAS
Moving to Fridays.... BOO

VERONICA MARS
The worst hiatuses of any show but again it is worth it. Donut Run was an awesome episode and I can't wait for more.

SMALLVILLE
Boooo Lana and Lex... but I expected it to happen, or well it will happen.

THE OC
Much better lately, and for that I am grateful. However, I understand why they are having a break, but I thought the whole reason to move it to 9 was to be after American Idol, and now it will only be after AI once. Oh well.

AMERICAN IDOL
I predicted 3 of 4 boots correctly this past week. Rooting for PARIS, MANDISA, Lisa, Ayla, Kellie, Katharine, CHRIS, Ace, Will, Taylor, Kevin, and ELLIOT to be the final 12.

ONE TREE HILL
Almost done watching season 2 DVD's. I think I like S2 better than S1. I guess I will wait to watch S3 til it comes out on DVD, except I wanna know who dies this week so I might start watching it live now.

NIP/TUCK
Bought Season 2 DVD, waiting for a good S1 deal.

SCRUBS
I really love this season, Turk's dance and that ninja scene were hilarious.

So UPN and The WB are going to merge as of next september. Overall, I am happy and pretty excited to see what they can do together. I would love it if they would surpass FOX and I would just laugh because FOX really ticks me off sometimes. The only things I watch on UPN are Veronica Mars and Top Model, which both were mentioned in the outlook for next season by the president of The CW (current pres of UPN). I think this could definately boost VM's ratings especially if it was paired up with Gilmore Girls. On The WB I watch just Smallville right now, which is also a definate. However I just started watched the One Tree Hill DVD's and I'm hooked and now it looks doubtful for them on The CW. This is the only downside for this merge for me (but if it helps VM then it is OK). It also looks like Supernatural and Everwood would make it through which I would potentially give a shot. Other shows that look like they will be on the CW are: Gilmore Girls, Beauty and the Geek, Everybody Hates Chris, Girlfriends, Reba.

So now all the shows are done... and no TV for like a month, at least I will be busy all next week. But a one week hiatus would be enough right?

Anyways lets go over how the shows ended for break.

REALITY
The Amazing Race:YESSSSSSS the Linzes won. I am so stoked, my favorite team that I really liked from the beginning finally one. It was a good final ep to a lame season and a great second place team too. The Weavers were starting to make me cringe everytime I saw them, so happy the lost. Free Rolly!
Survivor: A very good ending to the season for me. Two girls I really liked in the final two but when Danni won that immunity I knew she would win the game.
Top Model: Ehh I liked Nicole but Kim should have won.
Apprentice: All season I thought Randal should and would win but then at the end I thought Rebecca should win but I still thought Randal would win, and I was right. I really don't blame Randal for saying he wouldnt hire Rebecca, He Won!

SCRIPTED
Veronica Mars: Meg dying was a bit too predictable, they shouldnt have done that alternate ending, but the Wallace coming back part almost made up for it completely. I was so surprised.
Lost: I am completely happy with where the show has gotten back to after a few down episodes.
DH: Still not so great but I'm watching.
Grey's Anatomy: Love it, Love it, Love It. Such a good show. I just really want Izzie to get back with Alex. But either way I love it.
The OC: The Chrismukkah episode was a little disappointing for me, but the Summer parts were awesome as usual!
Reunion: Cancelled for good as there can never be a conclusion. Hopefully someone will pick it up, fingers crossed but not very hopeful. I still have the last ep on tape that I haven't watched yet because its hard when you know its the last one unresolved.
Las Vegas: I'm really liking this season.

So since there is nothing on this week, and all this hype about finding out who the carver is on Nip/Tuck, I decided what the heck, I'll just see what it's all about, and I actually really liked it. I would hear who the carver is anyways, but I think I'm hooked. It's really bizarre and different and I get kind of queezy with that surgical stuff but I can stand it if all the eps are that good. Also over break I want to get back into Smallville so I actually watch who dies in ep 100 instead of hearing about it.
