I, for one, will not accept any motion control because it will never be the kind of control scheme that will work well for most game genres like the tradition controller. It simply isn't precise enough for that and can't be. It can work well for simple games, but that is it and since I largely enjoy games with some complexity in them, motion control simply isn't for me. I don't see it as the future of the industry, I see it as something that is popular now, but will eventually fade into the background.

BTW, good to see you back!

Motion Control is interesting, but whe always need some kind of controller to at least "feel" the game. For now I think that Wii with the new Motion Plus has the upper hand. Because lets face it the PS3 Motion control is aprototype that was only showed because they panicked when they saw the Project Natal. And Project Natal...it has potential, but...when is going to be released? Whats is the price? And for what I saw, that is only for very simple games! I want to feel something when I play a racing game for starters, not driving "air". Give me "Project Natal"+ some kind of vibrating gloves with buttons plus a virtual glasses and then we have business!

I'm not Gothic at all! Nor am I emo, but what I will tell you is that I'm an avid gamer. My love for video games started at the age of three and it has grown into a secondary lifestyle of mine. I've gone from fanboy (of Sony specifically) to enthusiast, attempting to gain likes of all the genres. I love the community here at Gamespot, along with blogging, video blogging and all that good ol' jazz. You wish to talk to me about gaming, the industry, or anything else, I am your man. By the way, the name's Ish.
