Should i just only go up 4% on level 22

it seems im only gaining max 5% sofar though level 22 is this right lol i thought it would be more

when do you get point added (GMT)?

i have been away for abit now im back and i think that the time has changed for (GMT) points added can anyone please tell me if they been changed to different times ty
