One of my favourite things about Silent Alarm is the lyrics. They're so clever and some of them just really make me think for some reason and a lot of them just sound really good!
All the songs have a really different sound, some are really quiet and eerie and some are more loud however none are what you would call rocky. There's just something great about them that never get's old I wouldn't call them unique but they're quite different to a lot in their genre. Silent Alarm is overall a great album.
My favourite songs are: Positive Tension, Banquet, Helicopter, Luno and Price of Gasoline although I honestly can listen to them all!

When I first got this album I listened to it constantly because I thought it really was great. However it got old really quickly and although I will defend them when people say they're sell-outs, for me they were a fad. My favourite song was Dancing Shoes and I think I listened to it about 40 times in a week! But those days are over although I still think they're good. I probably will buy any other albums they release though!

Rebellion(lies) is one of my ultimate favourite songs ever, every single time I listen to it it's like I'm listening to it for the very first time. There's something about it that I just completely love it's pure brilliance. Then the rest of the album is just as amazing, I bought the album because I heard Neighbourhood #3 and fell in love with it and I wasn't dissapointed the whole album is superb and diverse, every song is different and beautiful. Their voices are unusual but amazing I love to listen to them and their songs are pure genius!! I hope to hear so much more from them.

There are no fillers on this album, every song is great and every song is different! They have an amazing song and really cool voices I can listen to some of them over and over again and I don't get bored. Some of my favourites are: Cash Cow, Inaction, Callbacks and Nobody Move, Nobody Get Hurt. It's not the stuff that will go down in history but the stuff you can really enjoy listening to now!
Oh yea and the album slip is one of the coolest ever! Those Kittens are so cute and you can see one slowly escape from one guy who ends up with gloves on!

This is just a really great album, there's no other way to put it. There are no fillers, I love every single song and it's just great to listen to, they have a really good sound.
Bang Bang You're Dead was their first release however it is far from the best, Gin and Milk, Wondering, B.U.R.M.A and the Gentry Cove are all fantastic tracks! The rest are good too, I guess those are the ones that just stand out in my mind. When I listen to Waterloo To Anywhere there are no songs I skip and I would just say to anyone who likes this style of music, you wouldn't be dissapointed if you bought it!
