After several months of not posting anything on Gamespot I wanted to wish everyone a Happy Black Friday.... and Thanksgiving too though I'm a bit late. I'm pretty sure a lot of you were pretty psyched about some exciting Black Friday deals going on today and I hope you guys got what you wanted this year. I only did Gamestops "Buy 2, Get 1 for Free" deal on used games and so far I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase. The games I got were:

A pretty cool and funny game so far.

An awesome game so far as well(my brother was overreacting with the difficulty, Demon's Souls was waaaaay harder).

Haven't gone too far into it so I don't have an opinion yet.

Well, it's finally been*post*announced. The Sonic game we've been asking for since *a* Sonic Heroes came out and has been ignored for the*picture*past 7 years. Sonic is finally, truly(not half-assed like in*of*Unleashed), returning to the good, tried and true 2D form with Project Needlemouse. Sonic has been having some rough times from having a rival use guns, lose his good voice(don't *spam* me with hate mail on this one, please. It's my opinion, NOT YOURS!!!), been subjected to bestiality, and been turned into a ****ing werewolf. Worst of all, Sega kept introducing characters we don't want. Let's do a list of character introductions from the very beginning shall we? Tails(Sonic's sidekick, neat!), Knuckles(Sonic's rival, awesome!), Dr. Robotnik/Eggman(Evil ), Metal Sonic(badass ), Mecha Sonic(****ing AWESOME ), Chaotix(uhhhh..*in*..), Amy(ehhhh..*your*..), E-102(robot..... no *comments*), Big(DIE!!! Okay now that I got that out of my system, lets get to this new game they got. I like so far how they're going to truly return Sonic to his fast-paced 2D roots so we can expect good controls right? Damn, it's been 3 months since I last posted a blog and I still haven't redecorated my profile. For one thing, I don't have photoshop. I have paint and there's only so much I can do with it that it's nearly impossible to make any new profile changes unless I have photoshop.

For those wondering why I say i'm on life support is because, I haven't been on Gamespot like I used to and have mostly relocated to a different site. Another thing is that I'm in college now so I'm going to be up to my neck with work that I won't have time for myself to do anything at all. When I have spare time, I usually use it playing video games, watching anime I haven't seen yet, read manga, etc, etc. So for anyone on my friends list that have been wondering where the heck I was or why I haven't been here, now you know.

Now for the sad stuff, this profile of mine will most likely be abandoned or be unused for awhile in the next coming months so don't expect me to come back anytime soon. Also, for those who liked my drawings, I've been thinking about setting up a deviantart account where I will post my old drawings as well as new ones I will be working later down the line. Basically I made this blog to show that i'm still alive on Gamespot but not so much as I'm used to. Why? Probably the same reason why other users haven't been as active as usual. I'm in my Senior year of High School and I have to job so, yeah that's pretty much self explanatory. Now I'll be getting a bit of a break since my school is going on Spring Break next week and my job doesn't have a Spring Break schedule to match so I'll have a lot of free time to do so of the stuff I couldn't do before(like make new drawings). Finally I got time to make a new blog post. **WARNING-- THERE WILL BE A TRICK IN MY BLOG. MY BANSAW IZ HUNGRY** First for those who have been checking out my drawings I have good news, I made a new one. Here's teh bad news, I won't be posting it until I get feedback from my friends at school. This time, my drawing is more manga style(not chibi or DBZ) that learned from looking at this How to Draw Manga book. The drawing is not much but it's helping me in trying to make my character pose in different positions. You guys will know what I'm talking about when I eventually post it.

Here's some more news, I finally got my tax uhh....thingy. If I get a return then I'm going to be picking up some new games. I've had my eye on two used games so far which are Bioshock and Valkyria Chronicles and if I get them used at Gamestop the day they have a sale, then I get a thrid game for free(I've been thinking about Eternal Sonata or Persona 3 or 4. Yeah I know, I have a craving for JRPGs right now). There's also the fact that I've been looking into buying Rock Band 2 for my PS3 so me and my friends have something to play. If you guys have any better suggestions for games feel free to let me know. I just need some new ones to tie me over til Killzone 2 and Resident Evil 5 come out so I'm gonna need one with good play time.

A few more things before I close out. Whoever has a PS3 has most likely heard of LittleBigPlanet and if you haven't, I must declare that you have been living under a rock! I'm starting to create some levels that you guys might like(or not ). I finally found some inspiration and now starting to create a series of levels that are connected to each other(think of it as a South Park special like Imaginationland, Cartoon Wars, or Pandemic). The series is called "Attack of teh Kittehs." Why? I dunno, probably from spending a lot of time at icanhazcheezburger. I made an easy part 1 of it and I'm now at work with "Part 2: The Startling". Once I finish that then I move on to part 3 which will most likely be called "Rise of 4 chan.(maybe that should be part 4)" So look out for that in the near future.

One last thing, Fanime is approaching. If you guys don't remember, Fanime is an anime convention in San Jose that I went to last year(and had a lot of fun). I plan on going again this year and if any of you guys are going let me know. Last year I went as Afro Samurai but this year I'm going to be someone else. I'm not sure if this costume idea I have will work but I'll let you guys know if it does and post pics of it. Oh and two more things(yeah I know, I'm stretching it), I'm going to be making some changes to my profile in February to prepare for Killzone 2. From what I said in my last blog(which none of you guys read ) my computer was infected with a virus and I had to take it in to the Geek Squad to get fixed. I finally got my computer back and now I'm ready to show you guys something I was going to show you earlier. I made two new anime drawings that are a different style from the ones I did before. I'm going to change up how I'll do the banning and ways for you guys to avoid. I was planning on posting a blog on Christmas but while I was doing so my computer started acting very strangely. It kept acting like it was trying to block or pull up a pop up. Being on the safe side, I closed down my internet pages I had up and had the antivirus program do a scan for me. It pull up no signs of a virus or trojan horse so then I decided to delete my internet history(history, cookies, forms, passwords, etc.) and run the scan again. Once again it pulled up no signs of a virus. So after that I opened up the internet browser and went to n4g to check out some news, then the worst of my fears came out. A pop up came up saying that my computer has been infected and it offered to instal an ad blocker thingy(forgot what it was called). Everyone, if you ever ever ever ever get something like this, don't follow it. Just close down everything super fast, don't install anything it says it will install because it's fake and it will **** up your computer even more. I didn't fall for it. After seeing that I ran a scan one more time and prayed that it would've located the virus and removed it from my computer. Unfortunately, it didn't detect it.

So then I turned off my computer(manually) and disconnected the ethernet cable connecting to the internet. The next morning I took my computer in to Best Buy to the Geek Squad to have them look at it. They found the virus and they said it screwed up my computer very badly. To get it fixed I had to pay $200 for a dianostic and virus removal, the $200 I was going to use to buy Rock Band 2 with. So now my computer is in the shop and I have to wait awhile for it to get fixed and even longer for RB2. Right now I'm very pissed off mostly since I have to wait even longer for RB2 and they said it got infected probably because of Limewire. I also had two new anime drawings ready to be shown to you guys. But for now I have to wait for my computer to return so I can post up those pictures so yeah. If you're wondering how I'm posting this blog without my computer, it's because I'm using my PS3 internet browser. If you guys wanna add me to your friends list my PSN is Killaman16. Since I didn't say Happy Thanksgiving yesterday I decided to go with the next best thing and the one thing most people would care more about, Black Friday! The day where there are deals, deals, and more deals that are up for grabs. I just scored myself an 8gb Memory Stick where it would usually be about 70-80 bucks for one I got for about 42 of Amazon. There's one other deal I'm looking out for concerning Rock Band 2 or Guitar Hero World Tour and I might give in if I see a good deal on either one. Just when I thought my wallet would cry later. So I hope you guys had a good Thanksgiving and I hope you guys have a great Black Friday.

Concerning my drawings, I'm not going to make a new drawing... yet. I recently(way back in May) got a "How to Draw Manga" book and just this week I got around to opening it up and look it over. I going to keep practicing from reading off the book(but I'm going to use my own styles while doing so) and working on stuff I need to improve on(like hands and feet, clothes, and poses). I'll let you guys know when I'm going be working on my next drawing, I might start during Christmas break. Til then I'll keep you guys posted. As you guys have heard in my previous blog, I have obtained a ticket to the Home beta and here are my impressions so far. I gotta say, Home is a trip and I mean a trip. Never in my life have been excited to play chess or bowling against someone online. The character customizations are pretty good but could use a little work, its not as easy as making a Mii on the Wii(which I have now). Once you got your character or avatar(as they're called), you're ready to jump in Home.

Looking outside the Home apartment will give you a good and beautiful view of the harbor. It really shows the craftmanship Sony put into this online experience. The beta also includes a tutorial on how to do emotions, type messages, sit down, and even... DANCE(yeah I went there)!!! The tutorial however doesn't cover other things like how to voice chat or how to play the games, you have to go to your computer thing(pause menu) and look at the help options. Maybe I'm having this gripe because I've gotten used to the LBP tutorial.

Now onward to the main plaza. Here comes another gripe, when you get there there will be other people in their avatars but you can't see what they look like until it loads up. I don't mind waiting for it to load but I wish they would load up faster. Once up then things get goin. When I first arrived there I was already having a conversation two other guys and it was sweet. There was an area where music was playing and people were dancing so I decided to jump in. I think I had a mini dance-off against this guy in front of me and the winner wasn't determined.

Later I checked out the Bowling Alley which had all the arcade games in and the bowling alley of course. One thing that irritated me was how long you had to wait before an arcade machine became available(maybe dating back to the original days of arcade machines). I really liked the bowling after I got used to how the controls worked and was able to beat my very first opponent on Home bowling(wish I could say the same about playing Pool).

The last place I'll talk about for now is the Mall. It has a lot of areas to shop in BUT there's nothing to buy atm. Maybe when the beta becomes open it will. They also had chess tables set up on the second floor and this is where I had an epic chess match against someone. I had upper hand since he fell into my trap which triggered another, I was even able to take out his queen. He began to make a come back and almost had me but he was no match without a queen which I still had. The hardest part of the game which took forever was trying to checkmate him. I kept moving back and forth and I became a little too arrogant that he took away some of my remaining pawns. I soon finally cornered him and won the game. I gotta tell you that was one helluva chess match.

Well those are my impressions so far. Home has a ton of potential and it looks like it's going to keep getting better. They're doing the load tests right now but when they're all set, get ready to go Home. I'll be waiting. Til next time.

Looks like I'm in. I just checked my email and they finally sent me the Home beta! I'll give you guys the lowdown on how it is on this blog after I've messed around with it. Will this be Sony's answer against the Miis and their sword against XBLE, we'll find out shortly til then stay tuned.

First of all no tricks this time in my blog. Second if you haven't read my topic title on Friday I got access to the R2 beta and its a helluva lot of fun and today I finally got LittleBigPlanet. The game is.... fun. That's all I can say. If you have a PS3 you should definitely pick this title up, its well worth it. The problem I have with it right now are how the Sackboy or girl keeps automatically switching plains. It doesn't ruin the gameplay but it can get annoying. Also atm the servers are down so you won't be able to play with anyone, yet. Once the announced street date comes around hopefully they'll be up and maximum fun can begin. I'll probably write a review on this game when the servers are up but until then I'll be creating some levels. After a tough last week of field trip payments, my bike getting a flat tire, my club founder and previous president bashing me like a bad press conference, and taking the SAT on Saturday I finally had enough time and energy to finish up my drawings and I gotta say I'm really seeing improvement on my drawings with each one I draw. Sure I'm still using the DBZ style for drawing but they're still pretty good for original drawings. Here they are,

So that's my latest work and I hope you guys like them. Another good thing that happened to me is that my mom bought a Wii... for herself. But I'm still allowed to use it(even though I don't need to since I have a PS3 but still).

Now I'm thinking about my next drawing project and I got a few ideas of what I can do next but I need help deciding which one to do. I can do one of my sort of main baddies that has a scythe, two girl loli drawings(it's not what you think), or the hardest one a yuri drawing. So which one do you think I should start first? You heard it here folks(or somewhere else probably). Toonami, after 11.5 years of broadcasting action cartoon and anime shows, its finally being taken down. Toonami back in the days was a kick#$% action show block that gave me a reason to watch T.V. before doing my homework. It aired memorable shows like DBZ, Yu-yu-hakusho, Justice League and more, this generation it introduced shows like Naruto and Ben 10(I guess). Tonight was its final broadcasting and it won't be seen again. So in honor of Tom, the robot host of Toonami, I present a short tribute to one of the greatest cartoon blocks ever:

Sorry if I'm late to the party(especially since I got school going on) but I just found out today that voiceover legend, Don LaFontaine, died just recently. I was pretty shocked to hear this especially after hearing that Bernie Mac and Isaac Hayes kicked the bucket(already knew about it but still surprised). Don had such an amazing voice and its hard think of a world(or movie industry) without him and his amazing voice. R.I.P Don LaFontaine, you will be missed. Well as much as I didn't want it to end, it did. Summer has now come to a close in my books and school is now starting back up again. I had a lot of fun watching the big summer movies(Dark Knight, Tropic Thunder(post a movie you saw during summer in your comments)) and playing the big summer games(MGS4, Soul Calibur 4). There were some good things that happened to me during summer and some bad things too but all in all I had a blast. Now school is back up for me and I go back as a Senior in high school with a lot of stuff on my plate. I have classes to go to, prom(might not go though), grad nite, SATs(oh god), and graduation. But also I'm the president of a Japanese club and I've got to start planning(along with some of my friends) for next years Fanime. I gotta work on my cosplay, get hotels ready, raise the money, get my driver's license, and you get the point now. So I've got my work cut out for me this year and will be very busy. I hope you guys had a great summer too and I hope to see you guys soon.

I'm finally back from my vacation and I'm starting to unload my stuff. I had a great time at Universal Studios. Although there weren't that many rides, there were enough shows to keep me entertained. For some reason this site feels a little bit different than usual. Just can't put my finger on it. And anyone else feeling the same?

Tommorow is gonna be my birthday and I'm gonna be going to Universal Studios in Hollywood to celebrate. This also means that I'm gonna be away from my computer for awhile so don't expect me to be online anytime soon(this also means that I won't be able to do the interview til I get back on Thursday alright Symphony). A birthday present came in for me early and it was unexpected in the form of a $450 check regarding work. I can't give any info of how I got the money so I'll leave it at that(I didn't steal it if that's what you're thinking right now). Now that a painful chapter of my life is over(see last blog for details) now I'm back to do what I do. Just yesterday I got Soul Calibur 4 and Uncharted: Drakes Fortune and I gotta say I love them both. I'm also working on a new drawing and I finally came up with a subtitle for a series I came up with using these drawings of mine. I won't tell you yet what it is but I'll just have you guys call it by Project Awakening[working title]. As soon as I'm done with it I'll put it up but It will take awhile because its hard trying to draw the costume from your head and I also need to get the boob size right(thats right I said it). So look forward to that in the Near future. For me nowadays it's gonna sucks because school starts back up for me very soon and I need to get ready with supplies, my f***ing driver's licence(DAMN YOU DMV!!!), and I'm the new president of my school's anime club. I also need to start planning for next years Fanime-con so I've got my work cut out for me.
