Yesterday, I finished my second year of high school! Now I only have two more years to go and I graduate!

Plus, I know my marks before the report card comes in the mail!

English: 73%

Canadian History: 85%

Beginner Guitar: 95% (easy because I took lessons beforehand...)

Beginner Band: 98%

Beginner Band was a grade 9 course, but I didn`t take any art courses last year, plus Ihad an interest in the alto saxophone so I decided to take it this year...

I didn`t really care for English, if I put more effort into it I probably would have got a better mark...

History was easy, again, I probably would`ve had a 90% if I put effort into that one course.

The courses I chose for grade 11:

Mandatory:

English (University level, andI hate that English is the only course that is madatory all throughout high school...)

Math (University/College level, the `mixed`level that will lead me to the only university level math course I`ll take in high school...)

The ones I chose:

Intro to Canadian Law (I`m interested in this kind of stuff, I don`t think I`ll have a hard time in this course.)

Physics (Grade 12 college level, since grade 11 university level is only open to people that got 70% or over in the grade 10 Acedemic Science course...(I only got 60...)

Grade 10 Instrumental Music (For first semester, the next semester will lead me to grade 11 instrumental)

Grade 11 Instrumental Music (For second semester, I will finally be caught up with the other people in my grade in music...)

Grade 11 Guitar (Since I`m still taking lessons, I don`t think I`ll have any troubles with this...)

History Up To the 16th Century (Again, like law, I`m interested in this kind of stuff, so I doubt it shall be hard for me...)

Extra course:

Grade 11 Repetoire Music (This is basically the Senior Concert Band at my school, so I`ll be performing at a few concerts with the others from now on...)

As for my summer plans, I shall watch the final game of the Euro 2008 tournament between Spain and Germany, and I shall also practice soccer at the field just a 5 minute bike ride away by myself since I can`t play for any club teams this summer... So I`m just going to practice up until high school starts again, andhopefully be the attacking mid-fielder for the senior team come September... And, I rented the alto saxophone that I use at the school over the summer, so I can practice that as well, so I`m ready for music again... And, I`m aiming to somehow learn Croatian... I aksed my uncle if he coud teach me, but I don`t see him that often because he lives in Toronto...
