now they have been released pokemon platinum and i already bought it when i know it was realesed!

Yes the title sounds strange...because I'm blogging about The Nightmare Before Christmas and High School Musical 3! aha yess I finally watched them 
. Well I remember I watched part of Nightmare some time before but idk I guess I didn't want to watch not from the start? LOL. Anywho it's awesome! And the best part, it's only 76 minutes so I don't get too restless Oh and the movie was made in 1993 but it was revisited in 2006 and last year it was made into 3-D 
And for people that don't know, it's about the pumpkin king (Jack Skellington) of Halloweentown venturing into Christmas Town. He liked it so much that he wanted to take over Christmas
Hm yeah I love the songs A LOT, my favourites are: This Is Halloween, What's This, and Kidnap the Sandy Claws And yeah any thing else that contains the "This Is Halloween" tune is great lol. Oh and What's This? was recrated by Fall Out Boy 
and this Is Halloween was recreated by Panic! Aa the Disco And to add to this obsession, I have a: Nightmare wallet, backpack, pencil case, earrings, cell charm, button and my friend made me a keychain and she also got me the 2009 calendar
Now HSM 3 xD It wasn't as bad as everyone said...but I definetly wouldn't pay $11 to watch it in theatres (I got the fake DVD and I borrowed Nightmare from the library ) The songs aren't as catchy or memorable as the other ones but I'm not complaining haha I bet a lot of you are like "How could Jess even admit to watching HSM?" xP But yeah idk I don't really have a favourite song for once, but I'll put some links to the ones I like more
There's also one of the finale songs I like in HSM but I couldn't find it...lol Yeah so I guess that's it, I SWEAR thsi time I'll catch up on commenting I'll do that until The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 finishes downloading

it's been wayy to long since i've posted!
over a year.
So I figured I'd give you a FULL update on my life (mainly tv life... because, duh, this is TV.com)
Right now, I am eating rocky road ice cream in my beautiful Orange County, CA home with my wonderful husband, watching the news. (I actually hate the news... i think it's depressing, but he loves it.) We just got back from dinner with our friends, a couple who got just had a baby. it was fun, but now im tired. My big brother is supposed to call me tonight to let me know how his wife is doing... she was put in the hospital with some complications with the baby, but they're both okay now. im just excited to be an aunt!
alright, so enough about my personal life. here are all of my current obsessions in order from most obsessed to least obsessed.
1.) TWILIGHT.
i dont think i'll ever get over my obsession with this series. I've read and re-read all 4 books (btw, the fourth was great... even if some people didnt like it) and I've already bought my tickets for me and my friends for the midnight opening of the movie which comes out NOVEMBER 21ST!!!! I feel like I know all there is to know about it cuz ive watched clips and interviews on youtube like a million times. But that's okay... I think. I might need to go to TAA (twilight addicts anonymous).
2.) GOSSIP GIRL.
Okay, I am officially hooked on this show. I never miss it, and I find myself thinking about it all day after it airs. My biggest obsession with it is Chuck and Blair. I think they are the cutest couple and I am DYING for them to finally be together! I was in tears during that last scene where they realize they could never be a normal couple, because they like "the game" too much. :/ Still, I love it nonetheless.
4.) I LOVE LUCY
I watch it whenever I have a chance on TV Land. I absolutely ADORE Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz... they're hilarious and I never get sick of watching them on screen together. Lucille is an idol with the way she can be classy and humorous all at once and can make anyone laugh. I would have loved to meet them.
3.) SIA
This musician is AMAZING. If you haven't heard her, LISTEN NOW. I first heard her hit, "Breathe Me" and I loved it and bought all of her albums, and I listen to them constantly! I HIGHLYYY recommend.

So this is probably the 50th blog you've read about the new TV.com layout. But yeah. I really, really don't like it. The white is like blinding my retinas. Grr.
As far as TV goes, I just got into 'Bones'. And I'm really enjoying it. If any of you guys watch the show, you'll probably find this weird, but I actually prefer the Angela/Hodgins relationship over the Booth/Bones relationship (or lack thereof). Beyond the relationships, I like how smart the show is.
And yeah--with the Emmys. This is the first year I've watched the show all the way through. And coincidently, the last year. There was so many, too many, snubs. The only Emmy that was truly deserved was Jean Smart's. Other than that..Yeah.

last night, i slept at around one in the morning. and that's why i find it sucky that i have to wake up four hours later. stupid apostolate. i woke up at 5.30. that's already late. i immediately changed clothes and went straight to school without even taking a bath. am i disgusting or what? i was thinking that what's the point of taking a bath when i'm just going to get dirty during our apostolate? and i still have school in the afternoon. haha, that's my excuse for waking up late. our assembly time is 6.30. no time for bathing.
our apostolate was in lubas watershed. an exciting prospect, at first. trekking through a jungle/forest, oooh, what fun! but not really. there was a strong downpour last night so the trails are muddy and quite slippery. my hatest part was the mosquitoes. they're everywhere! i killed one and the little bastard sucked a lot of my blood. what if i get dengue??? or malaria??? ugh! i'm a very fragile person! don't have much immunity reserved in my body.
you might ask, what are we doing in this watershed, anyway? well, we're suppose to plant lots of trees. i might've enjoyed it if the area was flat. but nooo. i'm like planting on the side of the mountain where the area is very steep. one wrong move and rolling down the mountain, here i come! thank god that didn't happen to me. the apostolate was kind of stupid because we planted over 150 trees in 45 minutes. since we're rushing to plant them all, the trees were not planted properly. and the place where we planted, it can't accomodate 150 trees. what were they thinking??? bryan said that only 10% of it will grow to be a sturdy tree. i would already be surprised if three of them survives. i don't know what we did. we wasted plants. mass murder of pine trees. i'm suppose to be an environmentalist. yeah, right. i'm too prissy to get my hand dirty and plant a friggin' tree!
on our way home, bryan and the others planned on having a block trip or something. yay! i totally agree, because this summer is our last semester together. *tear*. i do hope that we'd all be blockmates again this coming second year. but i highly doubt it. i'm so gonna miss bsn1-3. best block of slu ever!
when i got home, i took a bath, changed clothes, then headed for school again. but first, i need to have some lunch. i ate at mcdo by myself. they're serving huge today. i was unable to finish my meal. i sort of feel like a loser, eating by myself. i'm never gonna do that again. i saw abigail. thank god she didn't see me. i don't want her to see me alone.
strat was a bore. i was too sleepy to concentrate. our group used to have the highest score. it was beaten by one of the two groups who presented today. at least, we're still in second place. but still, it's kinda fun being on top. the power. then, our teacher returned our first quiz. i got a low score but our teacher adjusted the denominator so it became average. oh well, i'll try and do better next time. i sort of don't care about grades anymore. it's not right to revolve your world around numbers. not right, i tell you!
before going home again, i played a bit of poker with some of my blockmates. crud, i'm so gonna miss those moments. sigh. i laughed and cheered. i'm soo happy around them. if only i could make it last forever...and ever.

Sunday 4 o'clock on channel 9 the season of Glimore Girls
I love CO...it's probably the most fun i've ever had. The snow and slopes were awesome, and there was a starbucks near by.
now i'm home, and back to reality aka school...ugh
My current obsession: Pushing Daisies! OHMYGAWD! It's PERFECT! The best show ever! I can just say: watch it, you'll be smitten before the first episode ends. I understand they can only push it so far, if they manage to make the second season interesting that will take hard work, I think.
What's it about, you ask? It's about a guy who can wake up the dead by touching them. But if they stay alive for over a minute someone else will die, so he has to touch them again within that minute to make them dead /re-dead again. He uses this to solve murders along with a PI. Fate has it that he has to wake up the girl who was his first (only?) kiss from when he was a kid, and he decides she should live. Yay! So now she's alive/undead, and in love, they just can't touch.
I hope it comes on TV here, I've only watched the 9 existing episodes online. Just saying, y'all should watch this show!

10. Lucas and Peyton (One Tree Hill)
When I first watched the show, I was so certain that Lucas and Hayley would end up together. Hmm, I guess I was wrong about that one. But if Lucas can't be with Hayley, I think Peyton is better with him that Brooke. I like Peyton
9. Andy and Nina (Everwood)
I've only seen bits and pieces of Everwood unfortunately, and I havnt seen season 4 yet. But the last episode I watched was the episode where Andy kisses Nina! I definintely think they should be together. And I cant wait for season 2-4 dvds to be released so I cant watch the show, and their romance, properly
8. Seth and Summer (The OC)
Seth and summer were a really cute couple! I'm not obsessed with them, but I definitely wanted them to be together
7. Rory and Jess/Rory and Logan (Gilmore Girls)
I'm torn! I can't decide who Rory belongs with. She wasn't with either of them at the series' end, so maybe she is meant to be with someone she hasn't met yet. Who knows? I loved Rory and Jess together when they were together, but he left and so I gave up on them. If he had stayed through seasons 2-7, Im confident that I would ship them. But he didn't and Rory fell in love with Logan. I absolutely hated logan when he came!!! For pretty much 2 years!!!! But in season 7, he changed. Even Rory said once that season 7s logan was different from seasons 5&6 logan. So I really don't know who I like more, but in the end, I liked them both
6. Jack and Marin (Men in Trees)
So ive only seen 3 episodes of this show and I have no idea what is in store for this couple, but I can already tell they belong together! I LOVE THEM!
5. Ed and Carol (Ed)
Ed and Carol were a great couple!! Ed really loved Carol, and deep down, she knew she loved him too. I was so happy when they finally got together, but for me, they lost a bit of their spark when they did get together, but not entirely
4. Joey and Pacey (Dawson's Creek)
I love Pacey, and he and Joey were so cute together It's a funny romance, because them being a couple really never entered my mind until season 3. But im so glad the writers went in that direction, because if they hadn't, Joey might have ended up alone or with Dawson!! I loved how they got together. When Pacey watched Joey sleeping, we knew he was in love with her. And then, my favourite episode, 'stolen kisses' in season 3 is soo good I didn't really like the way their romance was handled in seasons 5&6, but they god together in the end
3. Ross and Rachel (Friends)
Ross and Rachel have to be high on my list, because I think they were the first couple I ever shipped.For the first one-and-a-bit seasons, you were just longing for them to get together and then we watched them go from friends to lovers many time until they finally got it together in the finale I love them together, because they are the best of friends and they truly love each other
2. Doug and Carol (ER)
Doug and Carol probably wouldn't have been number two if you had asked me last week, but Ive been watching my ER Dvds for the past few weeks and watched their entire romance, and I realized how much I absolutely LOVE this couple!!! They are DEFINITELY my number 2!! They have sooooo much chemistry on-screen and I love every scene they are in together, whether they were a couple or not! I'm so glad they ended up together!
1. Luke and Lorelai (Gilmore Girls)
This couple will be my favourite TV Couple forever - no matter what! They are perfect in every single way. I could write a page on why, but Ifeel like my Java Junkie friends know exactly how I feel They are my number 1!!!

Hope all of your christmases were good! Mine was... I finally finished my Gilmore Girls collection by getting season 7 and season 2 for christmas...I got a stock for the Walt Disney Co! So i officially own a part of Disney... COOL! I also got clothes and games and the norm... I also got a phone! My baby's a silver envy that I love to death... it never leaves my side except for when i sleep of course What were some of the things you got?
My New Year's Eve was pretty lame.... not really but to the regular person it probably would seem so but I loved it.... two of my sisters were out (1 working 1 at a party) and my other sister and I had a movie night (kinda like the Gilmores ) We watched Catch and Release which was pretty good The Simpsons Movie ( ) that was HILARIOUS and The Philadelphia Story. I was pretty happy to watch the philadelphia story because I wanted to see why it was in Gilmore Girls in7.08 so it had to relate to Luke and Lorelai somehow... and it definitely did... but I'm sorry Lorelai is not really Tracy Lord and her dad isnt that mean! But I liked it Hope your new year's celebrations were good too!
Update on my life? sure...i got a scholarship for high school for $2000 a year so i'm pretty excited and so are my parents i kinda just want high school to get here because people who are leaving the school for another school are just bashing my school all the time and its getting annoying... plus a lot of my good friends are leaving so i'm gonna miss them but i hope we'll keep in touch... it just getting a little annoying as you can probably imagine... my sister is studying abroad in London for the month of January and a week in February so i miss her but thanks to technology i IM her all the time and talk to her a lot so its okay...
Gilmore Girls Reminders
1. I was looking at a PB Teen magazine and on one of the monogrammed phones was the name Rory and i was like What??? thats not a name you'd normally see in a magazine? so i was pretty shocked and excited to see that...
2. You know how Lauren Graham does those Special K commercials? well i see them all of the time so whenever i'm just watching tv one of those commercials come on and i'm like OMG ITS LAUREN! and i get happy like one time i was talking to my mom about the show we were watching and then i was in the middle of saying something and then the commercial comes on and im like SHH just to listen to it!
3. A vocab word for this week was peal and the definition was "A loud ringing (especially bells)" and i remembered it because of the episode In the Clamor and Clangor when the bells are restored i have weird ways to remember vocab and they all usually have to do with gilmore girls
I miss those girls

... In April 2008! Gahh I can't wait. I've never been there and I've been bugging my parents about going forever, and they finally gave in! Actually, it was between going to Las Vegas or going to Lake Tahoe on a ski/snowboard trip (I've been snowboarding my whole life, and I'd love to go there, especially because I've read "Remember Lake Tahoe", which is one of the GSR/CSI fics known to man), but we decided on Las Vegas.
It's going to be sooo fun because we're staying on The Strip at the Flamingo and probably the Riviera, and we're gonna go to the Stratosphere and theNew York New York and ride all the rides! Haha, now only five more months to go until spring break!
DEAD DOLL:
i completely loved this episode! i was so happy that they let us see her under the car. it wouldn't be the same if we just saw the team looking without actually seeing sara. and the GSR moment at the end, that was so touching and adorable. the first thing she saw when she woke up was grissom's name and thenhis face...so cute. i was seriously creeped out by natalie. it scares me that there are really people out there that would do something like that to people. i mean i know that she had issues but still, it still can happen.
A LA CART:
sara and ecklie! haha! "so how long were you breaking department policies?" "are." "what?" "are breaking department policies..." hehe that made my day. i freaking hate ecklie. he was so annoying to grissom towards the end with the whole "reuse the jello" thing. and i liked how they took some time going into the personal lives of the csi. i mean they have a life too. the go cart scene was so cute, with sara telling him to go and have fun with his friends. her face was pretty heartbreaking though because she knew that wouldn't be able to stay on the team with them. SARA STAY ON GRAVEYARD!
CSI IS MOST DEFINATELY MY NEW FAVORITE SHOW.

Hello. I feel like crap I got three shots yesterday (and a finger prick The tetnus shot is making me tired and weak and all that fun stuff. tHe shots don't hurt a bit after I got them that much, but a few hours letter they were very sore. School's going to start in less than a week or something. Wonderful. my sister's birthday is in two days. Oh and 16 days ago was my one year mark on here! Whoot! though actually it probably doesn't count since I''ve been off for awhile on and off. I 'm a bit nervous and excited for my first day of highschool, but I'll get through it. We're suppowsed to be told what we need when we get there since not everyone has the same classes and different teachers require different things. I saw the movie Stardust last week I thought it was pretty good. my grammy left a few weeks ago. I miss her. My dad threw out his back. he has a comp[ressed disk the doctors say. He's getting treatment for it so that's good. that's pretty much it. I think I'm going to rwrite some reviews or something then rest my eyes.
