Wow, it's been a while

So, it's been since '06 since I've graced that halls of tv.com..........that's a long time. Don't really know why I'm back, or for long it'll be. But, I'm bored and I wanna look around a website for a while haha.

I dunno who all else is still around on this site, but hoping to see most of my old friends on here.

Midseason Shows

I watch....a lot of tv. But hey, I like what's being shown. This fall a few of my shows have been axed, some are just getting out of repeats, and the reality shows are coming back soon.

So I've caught some of the new shows (or returning shows), and some I like and others are just......blah.

For example:
Jake in Progress:

John Stamos' two episode stint on ER was way overhyped. I wanted to see Uncle Jessie in a show I like. And with his comedy for ABC starting its second season I figured I'd give it a try. And other than Wendie Malick (Just Shoot Me) coping with her pregnancy, this show wasn't funny....at all. So unless I'm utterly bored Monday's when this comes on, I'll steer away from this show.

Emily's Reasons Why Not:

Another horrible ABC comedy. Filled with unfunny cliches and some bad acting this was painful to watch.

on to what was an actually good ABC comedy;
Crumbs:

We see the return of Fred Savage (Wonder Years) as a screen writer in a slump. He returns home to Conneticut, where his mother was released from a psych ward, and his brother is manning the restaruant in the family.

Jane Curtin is hilarious, and the guy that plays Jody is very funny as well.

The only problem is that Savage's character as the closeted gay son seems unnecessary to the show. It just didn't add anything special to the pilot.

And a show I thought I'd never watch was Dancing with the Stars.

When it came out in the summer I thought it would be a hokey way for ABC to get some ratings. Never watched an episode, although I was glad 'Peterman' got second. But instead of watching re-runs this Thrusday I gave it a try. And I liked it. :0

So apparently ABC's been attracting me with its new shows, although very few midseason shows are out yet. Hopefully Love Monkey won't be as horrid as Reasons *shudders*

My Take on the Golden Globes:

While I don't plan on watching the 63rd Globes ceremony, its still fun to predict who'll win, and who I would like to win. Plus my own version, giving all my favorites props.

I'll only go over the TV portions, seeing as how this is tv.com...

Best Drama Series:

The only show of the bunch that I watch is Lost.

My winner: Lost
Predicted winner: Rome

Best Actress: Drama

I'm happy, both Patricia Arquette and the wonderful Kyra Sedgwick made the list. Glenn Close's performance on The Shield went unnoticed at the Emmy's but this ain't the Emmy's.

My Winner: Kyra Sedgwick
Predicted Winner: Glenn Close

Best Actor: Drama

Once again Matthew Fox is the only person whose show I watch; although I have seen a few 24 episodes.

My Winner: Matthew Fox
Predicted winner: Wentworth Miller

Best Comedy Series:
None of these I watch....

My Winner: Weeds just because I think the premise seems cool.
Predicted Winner: Everybody Hates Chris

Best Actress: Comedy
Full of Housewives four Desperate and one who sells Weeds.

My Winner: Mary-Louise Parker, only to keep any of the Housewives from winning.
Predicted Winner: Eva Longoria...or any of the other three...

Best Actor: Comedy
Scrubs is ok, but I think that without Zach Braff it would be nothing.

My Winner: Zach Braff
Predicted Winner: Jason Lee

Ok, with that over with here's how I'd like the Globes to go...The winners of my categories will come later feel free to tell me which you like the best...

Best Drama Series:
Crossing Jordan NBC
Lost ABC
The Closer TNT
ER NBC
Medium NBC

Best Actress - Drama:
Kyra Sedgwick - The Closer
Patricia Arquette - Medium
Jill Hennessey - Crossing Jordan
Maura Tierny - ER
Lauran Graham - Gilmore Girls

Best Actor - Drama:
J.K. Simmons - The Closer
Mekhi Phiefer - ER
Miguel Ferrer - Crossing Jordan
David Boreanaz - Bones
Eddie Cibrian - Invasion

And we get to the comedies....not a genre that's been good as of late IMO

Best Comedy Series:
King of Queens CBS
How I Met Your Mother CBS
Reba WB

Best Actress - Comedy:
Alyson Hannigan – How I Met your Mother
Leah Remini – King of Queens
Reba McEntire - Reba
Melissa Peterman - Reba

Weekly Rewind (Nov 20-25)

Been a while since I've recapped my weekly viewings, and hey now it's got a title! Exciting isn't it?!?!?

Sunday:
NBC how you tortue me so, three weeks without a Crossing Jordan episode! Come on NBC, don't let me down like this again!

But, with CJ's absence I have been able to view some great Masterpiece Theater on PBS. They did a two week stint over Elizabeth I. I really enjoyed Anne-Marie Duff and her portrayl of the Virgin Queen. BTW Alex, I've got it taped if you ever want to see it. You really should, its great. Even if you aren't into history like I am.

Charmed - Hulkus Polkus wasn't exactly the greatest episode ever, but you get used to these half baked things when you watched this show. I'm glad Ivan Sergi has landed a season role as Henry, Paige's new love interest, but I still wish he was on CJ....back to the show.

A strange virus is effecting all magical beings, and may wipe them all out. Phoebe no longer has faith in her premonitions, which doesn't help her reassure Billie about her own powers.

The virus was created by the idiots at Homeland Security, and the Charmed Ones stop it, all in an hour's work. Sucks that Leo is going away next episode.

Monday
Surface- Ok, Laura and Rich are in the bottom of the ocean in that hunk of junk they call a sub, with the nice sea beasties at their breeding grounds. Not such a happy place to be, especially with oxygen levels lowering and Jackson supposedly dead. Seriously guys, once I learn a sub characters name, they die. What's with that?? If I ever figure out creepy government man's name and he dies I may call it quits.

With out Nim, Miles' storylines don't have the oomph they once had. Good thing Nim showed up at the end, all though he may have some blood lust after kicking that mean fisherman's tail. And Savannah's actually getting a soul!

Medium The 3-D episode, not so 3-D for me. Seriously, the glasses wouldn't work! I sat close to the tv, sat on the couch, farther back, I tilted my head certain ways...thankfully I was alone . Nevertheless, this was one of the better episodes of the season. I'm glad that Scanlon is getting more air time, he's a great character, he and Allison should get more scenes together. And did Davalous get re-elected? Or has that not happened yet? No matter, I know he'll win or we have no show! And I love little Bridgette, she'll grow up to be something one day.

Tuesday
Biggest Loser- Here we are, the final 4. Two I really like, two I can't stand. Matt wins the challenge, cocky little butt hole.... and Andrea is sent home!! One out of two ain't bad. Although I feel that Matt'll win the whole thing, Seth has a slight chance, but Matt used to live where he could lose and gain weight on a whim, and he's got that craft back. So early congrats Matt, I hate you.

Gilmore Girls Chris is back, and he's Rich! o_O' yeah, Chris rich too good to be true, but it is! The only thing harder to believe is how easily this plan is for Chris to pay for Yale, and take Emily and Richard out of Rory's life. Emily ain't giving that up so easily.

The Amazing Race Stupid Weavers are still here. You know, I rally hate how the TAR boards are going. There are too many people, and they all bicker constantly! And there are way too many games floating around...anywho. The Linzes finally got 1st!! Yes, and the Bransen's are still chugging along. If they finish 1st and 2nd I'll be a happy man, although the Bransen's presnece this far still eludes me, I feel their time has come next episode.

Wednesday
It SUCKS to be sick on holidays, really does. We ate Turkey, dressing and all the fixings Wednesday because the family was going to be gone the rest of the week. And me, mom, and dad are all sick with some awful bug, I'll spare you the ghastly details. I was really peed off when fatigue overcame me and I missed pretty much the whole episode of Invasion! Dave and Mariel were eating chili fires and the next thing I know the sun's shining through the window.

Lost I was able to catch though. Got to get to know Ana-Lucia, didn't really care about that...I was glad to see Rose/Bernard and Jin/Sun to finally reunite! I've thought Rose should be a regular from the beginning, but a frequent recurring is nice too. And Sun is defiently my favorite female character, and one of my fav's on the show.

I hope that the show starts to show the back stories a little less each ep, like they did with Ana-Lucia. They've been on the island over 50 days, I think its safe to keep a larger portion of the show focused on present day.

Thursday
Happy Thanksgiving everybody!! My sickness had pretty much subsided enough for me to enjoy the leftovers! That Dallas/Denver game was a bunch of crap.
Survivor Cindy's finally getting some recognition, and Lydia calls out Steph. Gary calls out Judd, vice versa, people are dumb and Gary goes. Blast you Rafe/Cindy take out Judd and Steph. PLEASE!!!

Friday
Close to Home - We finally get more of Annabeth's home life, even if it is in danger. This ep wasn't as moving as i had expected, but it was a very well done one. I like the new Friday slot.

Sole Survivor

16 contestants, 26 days, 1 Survivor.

In a second attempt I was able to become Survior II's sole Survivor. Thank you all who voted for me, and thank you Pat; we did it!

I've been given a lot of flak for my alliance with a good friend of mine, and I don't really care. If you want to stoop to berating me, and my integrity over an online game, go right ahead.

Anywho I hope that I'll be able to host the third edition, and that it will be as enjoyable for the contestants as it is the host.

Pat, Alex, Sarah thanks for always being there for me.

What a day

Yesterday I got to go to District Beta! Woo; of course I didn't place, but a day out of school is all good. How's uncle Poco??

And then when I get home, I feel like crap. No improvements this morning, so home I stay. And Tomorrow is going to suck, two tests to make up, no telling how many pages of notes, and I'm overdue on my CISCO project by about...three days.

But I won't dwell entirely on my bad day, had some great TV.

Sunday
Charmed- Ok Lindsey, I watched it, and have fallen in love with it once again, much better than what I figured it would be. But I'm so confused, why are they hiding their identities, who's the new girl, where did Dex come from, same with the Homeland Security guy, and what happened to their Detecitve friend, Dorian Gregory?? I'm sure you'll feel me in.

BTW did Vanmeter's test suck?

Crossing Jordan- I LOVE this show. Each episode is a knockout, and the cast is brilliant. But, I hate the tabloid guy that has become Jordan's new love interest, and I'm not to fond of Woody's new lady friend. The scene at the sperm bank between Nigel and Bug, classic. And Lilly, what happened to your detective friend?? Don't let Macy run him off, you two were great together. BTW, Lilly, what's with you and co-workers, first the creepy relationship with Macy(Dr. M I love ya, but you and Lilly, no!) and now it seems you're coming on to Bug....find your detective friend and get back with him!

Monday
Surface- This is becoming one of my favorite new shows. The acting is hokey, as is the writing, but its just too loveable to disregard. I mean Miles' and Nim's relationship is so sweet, and I loved Nim using the cattle prod against the animal control guy, pesky little thing. And how mych longer before all three major characters see each other? And, killing off Cirko and Singh?? Why, I just learned their names, and you kill them!!?? Oh well, the government man is uber creepy, like Sheriff Underlay on Invasion.

Medium- Another favorite. This episode was wonderful, a great improvement on last weeks. The pshycic rivalry wasn't all it was cracked up to be (seeing as the opposer was a fraud), why not use the evil medium from last season? That would have been great. And we see the return of the Defensive Attorney, another great villain for the Duboius. I love Bridgette, and her drawing of daddy's bomb, she's just too cute. Next week a marathon of Medium's anyone that hasn't seen this show Check it out next Monday from 7-10 cst! You won't be disappointed.

now off to sleepy by again.

This weeks TV

Already this seaons of new shows outshines last seaon. The return of my fav's and some new shows that are grabbing my attention are making me watch more and more...which in-and-of-iteself isn't a great thing for me to do, but I think I'll be fine

Sunday:
Crossing Jordan- In my top five of favorite shows, this season has not let me down, even the LV crossover was a decent ep. This week Macy's still grumpy, I still want Winkler in the show, my friend tells me how wrong I am for wanting Winkler over Macy....anywhoo..There are three missing boys, one found dead, and against Macy's orders *gasp* Jordan goes on to look for the other two boys. I would go further into summary, but that would take too long. What happened to Sidney? Did he just disappear like so many other interns on this show?

Monday:
Surface- This show is really intriguing. Of the Lostlettes this is the actual science fiction one, and while critics hate it I think it has a long ways to go(unlike the potential ridden yet horribly awful THreshold which should be canned soon). Moment of the week *Little Nim ate the skanky girl's dog after she humiliated Miles by faking a date with him. GO NIM!* Rich is getting more weird than ever and there's a huge blip chasing Lake Bell's Character (Please people get opening credits again!).

Medium- Another top 5 show. Allison is now sleep-walking, scaring everyone to death, and finds a missing boy. Little Ariel is growing up as she can now walk home from school, and faces her first crush get flattened, don't worry Ariel the little punk wasn't worth it if all he wanted was lotto numbers....hey wasn't that on Boy Meets World somewhere.....

Tuesday:
Gilmore Girls- Finally, this show is getting back to the quality it once held, Rory is making it quite well outside of Yale, Paris is now poor and rants about the rich pigs, which is hilarious but not quite as good as Tuesday's moment of the week *Emily dishing out some nice burns to Logan's mom after her and Richard FINALLY realize that they 'crushed that girl' as Richard put it. Go Emily tell that '2 bit gold digging whore' who's boss!!!!*

Biggest Loser- With Ryan gone it looked like my Suzy was a gonner, but the girls kissed, made up and sent Suzanne packing!!! Yes, now if only Mark will go I'll be happy.

Amazing Race- Everyone lay off the Weavers!! I love 'em (though not as much as the Linz) and you can't tell me that you like the Paolos over them!! Come on people. And why do the Paolos and Gaggins get soooo close to elimination and escape it!! GAh I thought I was rid of one of them. Linz and Weavers are still in the game, and I like the Brnasons as well.

Close to Home- I'm so glad that Jennifer Finnigan has her own show now, though its not top notch like I feel it should be. I'm glad that we get two storylines, one following Moira?

Supernatural- The Bloody Mary ep...not the best, but it did get the brothers a little closer evin if not a 'chick-flick moment' :laughs: Next weeks looks a lot better.

Wednesday:
Apprentice: Martha Stewart- Poor Matchstick, while I want you to lose, its just so sad to see you lose again and again by big margins. And Martha who cares if Leslie took a risk by leaving the good team for this disfunctional bunch, she was the reason they lost and should have gone home. nstead we say goodbye to Dawn, I mean we all knew she was not going to last, but she didn't deserve to be in that conference room.

Lost- Yes, Rose is back. Please make her a regular producers I just love her character. We got insight on Hugo and we see where the others live, and Rose's husband is alive!! And poor Sun, burying the bottle. If she dies next I'm going to be soo pissed, in fact I hope that the rumor of a female lead being killed off isn't true at all because I love them all, and out of them it should be Shannon, but they won't take out both Boone and Shannon back to back.

Veronica Mars-Catching the Saturday encore

Invasion- My favorite new show of the season. Underlay is supposedly an alien(which I figured from the start) and Kiera and Jessie go to a party and Keira's love interst becomes an alien. I mean how dumb can you be 'Ohh an ornage light in the water, wonder what happens if I touch it??'

Thursday:
Survivor- While BJ and Danni made a dumb move, I'm so glad they did, Blake needed to go he was so superficial. And Jamie I love ya, but cut down on the gloating. Hopefully Judd or Margaret or Brandon go next.

ER- UGH, please kill off Morris he's so incompetent and almost worse than Romano. Abby gets asked to sleep with another doctor for an 'experiment' to see if he can still become erect after his prostate cancer surgery....poor Abby. Sam and Luka finally prove to Eve that they can work together, adn Jerry gets struk by lightning...again, what is that five times on this show??

BBNAIE Final 2!!! God people

Yes, the all important final HOH was decided today, and I got it, although Craig gave me a big run for the money.

So I took wgchief with me to the final 2, may the best man win.

Man, now I'm getting the jury's questions, and did I really do THAT bad in the comps. I didn't throw them, those results were all full of integrity, and apparently bad knowledge lol.

BBNAIE Final 3

WOO!!! Thank you power of veto. In a tight competition I beat out sakya23 for the final veto of this competition. In which I voted to evict sakya23 to become the sixth member of the jury, sorry sky.

Well, I'm inbetween the tight bond of Craig and Wgchief, so I've got to work my butt off to make that coveted F2. Wish me luck!!

And the season continues

A further look into the new seasons of my far too many shows.

Sunday:
Crossing Jordan- I hate the crossover episodes with Las Vegas. Who cares if they brought the highest ep rating for either show last year, they're annoying NBC! But, got to see Jordan flirt after her and Woody still won't act cordial to each other. And how weird was the biker mystery that Macy covered. A little too out there even for CJ.

Monday:
Wow, my primetime schedule tonight is soley with NBC, never thought that would happen.

Surface- Thanks to reruns, this has replaced 'How I Met Your Mother' for this time slot. Though I still have trouble remembering some of the names >_

In the words of Janelle

GIVE ME THAT KEY BIOTCH!

Phew, Final 4 I'm here! Took me long enough to win a stinking challenge. Now I just have to win the next veto and Final 3 here I am lol, maybe the other players will have some sense in them after my reign that they need to get each other out.

Thanks for the love guys

Phew I survived (but probably not for long)

Well in the TV.com Big Brother I game I skidded off the block and into the final 5. But, I'm in a group of two power couples, leaving me the odd man. You would think this as a good position, but nope for some reason they don't realize that once I'm gone they have to go after each other. Hello SWING VOTE here lol, I need HOH really bad.

Oh and thanks for all the blog love guys lol. Its nice to see that my blog life has no effect on any of you

Randomness concerning Fall Schedule and Tv.com games

Well, thanks to NBC showing the first two eps of 'Surface' last night I finally got to see it. And out of the Lostettes, 'Surface' is my second favorite, behind 'Invasion' which is turning out to be one of my favorite new shows, and unfortuantly far above the potential ridden 'Threshold'. Why must you be so boring 'Threshold'???

And NBC has also made me very upset. Switching 'Martha' and 'E-Ring' is beyond absurd! Let the poor Pentagon show die! But no, they decide to put 'Martha' up against giant 'Lost' and 'Veronica Mars', why must you torment me so?! At least CNBC shows reruns, but NBC defiently wants this show gone with such an idiotic move.

Realtiy ramblings:
'Survivor'- Brianna got the boot, big surprise there, she did NOTHING, oh yeah, she stirred corn, BIG contribution there!

'Apprentice Martha' - Once again the creatives lose, and once again Jim screws over another person, this time its Chuck, I liked Chuck, but rather he than Dawn(why must she face so much screwtiny?) Its going downhill for the creatives and I predict a landslide win by the Corporates.

'Amazing Race'- GAH the Linz family finishing 9tH! Say it isn't so, they are still alive, but thats a big whole to uproot yourself from. My favorites are the Linz, Weaver, and Rodgers family. The Paolos need to go fast, as do teh Gaghans 'I may be small, but I'm NOT stupid' please little girl, spare us from your monoitiny and go home!

On to TV.com games, the second edition of Survivor has begun, and seems very fierce. I hope to make it back to the jury, but a little farther than last time . And Big Brother is winding down, I'm in the final six, but unfortuantly am up for elimination. I feel completely insecure, I was mistakingly put into an alliance I had no part of and its apparently sealed my fate. But, the veto is coming up and I hope to win it for a spot int he final 5!

And the Premire Week comes to an end

But, there's always post premeire week where we finally get every show going! Can't wait

Thursday: Survivor - I really don't like Judd, he needs to go soon. Gary is screwed in his web of lies since Danni told Brian about him being an ex-QB. Morgan, alas we never knew you, but you went because you were not helping anywhere....hello what's Rafe do?!? People are so blind.

Reunion- Well, the second episode while set back a week, was full of soapy mini story lines.....that drag me right in XD. Though, it will be hitting a hiatus due to Playoffs soon, but Night Stalker will keep me occupied till it returns.

ER- Another great start, to a new year of the Docs. Is it bad that I didn't miss Noah Wyle at all? I mean, Carter was a great character, but maybe it WAS time for him to move on. Spare me the Luka/Sam storyline, please Goran just take the James Bond job and leave the show. Abby and Neela once again pulled the show......and WHY IN THE WORLD IS MORRIS A REGULAR NOW?!?!?! Oh, they love to torment me so....Danny Glover comes back next week, and several other guest stars will litter this season.

Watched tape of 'Invasion' and it was great, hopefully it becomes the next 'Lost', but with quicker revalations .

Friday:
'Threshold'- while this still gave me some nap time, it was better than the way too long premire. I hope that it picks up the pace, it has so much promise.

'Inconcievable'- I love Ming Na, but why, WHY did you leave ER AGAIN for this turd? Thank God my mom wasn't in the room when the opening theme played and the screen was littered with sperm and eggs. >_< Come on NBC, use Na's talents for a GOOD SHOW.

Continued Coverage of Said Premire Week

Phew...the blogs are still intact. Honestly, this site has more community problems than I've ever seen.

Anywho....while I wait for Survivor, and the rest of my Thursday night viewing, I'll recap Tuesday and Wednesday

Tuesday:
'Gilmore Girls'- I love the new dog, and all its phobias lol. The perfect replacement for Rory . I really don't like the Rory community service/out of Yale story line, mainly because there is NO MORE LIZA WEIL!!!!! She is great as Paris, and I miss her interaction with Rory(that measly three minutes in the preimre peed me off big time!) Anyways.......Luke told Rory that they're engaged, T.J. makes Kirk look like a civilized person, and Liz is really becoming annoying. I loved her character, but the whole ring thing 'Sister in Laws!!!!' was.............not comical.

Stayed with the frog to catch the second episode of 'Supernatural'. I really like this series, even though I stopped watching the horrid 'Smallville' after the second season, I wish I had stayed to see Jenson Ackles' performance in it. His acting is really top notch in this show. Well, this ep had some 'Lost' elements to it; the dude being flung out of the tent like the pilot, and the wooded area was similar, but who cares! It was a great installment, to what should be a long lasting show.

Oh yeah, Maggie won BB6. WOOHOO -_- well, better than Ivette.......Anywho

On to the back, where 'Biggest Loser' was taped. Not really as good as I want it to be. The contestants from last season were so easy to root for, and now, most of them are jerks. Like when the letter temptation, Mark was ragging on Shannon on how 'You need to read that letter, go ahead and eat the cake to get it." Jerk, how about you stuff your face with that big thing of pasta?!?!?!?! I really hate him.....and Nick lol. But, the girls lost and I thought my Jenn was going home! But, hop along got the boot, and didn't really seem to mind. Good riddance!

Wednesday

Full night, Lost premire was...........frustrating to say the least. I love this show, but the prolonged stroy line KILLS me, Where's Kate, why has that marathon dude in the hatch? Was Shannon losing her mind? And more importantly, Where's Vincent!!!!!???!!!

The Apprentice: Martha Stewart was really a nice treat. I personally can't stand 'The Donald' and have skipped his version, but I wanted to see how down to earth Martha has become, and WOW. She was super nice this episode, and there were smiles on everyones faces. A great start for her show. Then we actually meet the contestants -_- Jim, and Jeff, and the girl that hated Dawn are reeeeeeeeeeaaaalllly annoying. Especially Jim thinking he was on 'Survivor' and plotting to take Jeff down, and thank god he did. The arrogant punk had it coming belittling Dawn like that. Ok man, you're writing a STORY, let the person with a CREATIVE WRITING degree WRITE IT. Moron, glad you're gone!

Still haven't seen 'Invasion' or 'Surface' but I plan to tomorrow. Along with the new 'Threshold' just to see if it can keep the pace the last 20 minutes of the previous episode did, if not.............................c-ya.

The premire week is finally upon us

While shows started up last week, this is the 'official premire week'.

So, Monday I skipped 'Surface' but I'll probably tape it on Sci Fi and check it out later, I turned down this premire for.......

'How I Met Your Mother'. While its not hysterically funny like it was hyped up to be, (but really, what sitcom is that funny anymore?) its very endearing. And Doogie........er Neil certainly is the scene stealer. Suit UP!

Ah, and the 2nd season premire of 'Medium' arrived. It was really a good episode, and I'm so glad that the ranger lived!! But, my local NBC stations suck and the majority of the last 20 minutes of the show I had audio and no video!!! Oh I was so mad, but I got to see the last scene, and the ranger shoot down the serial killer. His explanation, "I saw him wearing high top sneakers. And I asked myself WHAT kind of officer wears sneakers?!" Great!

Ah, tonight I've got a dilema. Mom is saying that Gilmore Girls will be her view tonight at 7, so now I have to choose between 'Bones' and 'Biggest Loser'!!! Oh, its so frustrating.

Take on the new season thus far

Well, tonight marks the end of the first full week of the new season. And so far it's going pretty good, except that I now have to choose what to watch!

Here's what I watched this week, and what I think I'll continue to follow

Tuesday- 7:00 While Taping 'Gilmore Girls' and 'Supernatural's Premires, I tuned into the hour and thirty minute premire of 'The Biggest Loser 2'. The main thing I feared was that this year's cast wouldn't be as memorable or enjoyable as the first time around. But, so far its turning out great, although I agree with Jillian Nick will be a problem. ANd while I'm glad that Reuben got the boot, the guys blaming him solely on the loss was lame.

After TBL went off, I took the opportunity to check out 'Gilmore Girls' and 'Supernatural'. First off, YES thank you Luke for finally saying yes to Lorelei's proposal! I hope that with Rory temporarily out of Yale that we don't see as much of Paris as we normally do. Liza Weil is certainly the scene stiller of this show, along with Emily Gilmore of course. When she met Michele in the house, a great scene. I love Michele's wit.

On to 'Supernatural'. While not as scary as all the hype, it did provide with some creepy scenes. Padelecki and Ackles are top notch in this show. I do feel sorry for the little known Jess, but I mean you knew it was going to happen Dean, I mean Sam. Why couldn't he just keep his GG name lol.

Thursday- Survivor 11, while last season was better than previous installments, I still couldn't enjoy it liek I wished. I loved Ulong and to see them decimated by the high drama Koror was a waste of the great characters on Ulong. But, that being said, Guatemala's premire was awesome. If it keeps up the intensity and pace the first ep had, it might just rival Outback as the best season. Lord knows it can surpass Marquesas, and Africa as my next fav seasons.

The second episode of Reunion wasn't on due to Bush's speech, but I can't complain. Hopefully by the time the second ep airs, all the kinks from the first episode will be gone....hopefully.

Friday- Saw an encore of the 'Bones' premire, and I'm kicking myself. While its an amazing show, I now have to choose between GG, TBL, and Bones for that time slot. And I only have two tvs.......if USA would pick up encores of TBL like they did last year it would all work out, but if not I'm gonna have to look for GG or Bones encores if I want to keep Bones in my lineup.

Currently watching 'Threshold' and.......its ok. But out of 'Lost', and the other two newbies 'Surface' and 'Invasion', this seems to be the worst option. And so far I've not been proven wrong, its just too boring IMO. And is that Scanlon from NBC's 'Medium'?!?! I sure hope not, because I'd much rather have him on 'Medium' than this bad show.

So, out of all the shows viewed this week, the only one I'm going to drop is 'Threshold' and unfortuantly 'Bones' if I can't find an encore presentation for one of those three shows.

Man, this is going to be a hard season to pick and choose!
