"Stripped" is just an amazing album! People may say that Christina tends to oversing at times, but her voice is nonetheless astonishing! My favorite track on the album is "Beautiful," a song that she just so happened to win a Grammy for! There are many genres of music that Christina touches on in this album, some being R&B, Hip-Hop, Gospel, Pop, just to name a few. This is a five-star album, and she's only just beginning. Perhaps the most touching song on the album is the song entitled "I'm OK." Christina's horrible past is rekindled in this song, as she relives the tribulations of an abusive father, and the effects are still apparent to this day. She cries during the song, showing just how much it still hurts her to this day. Other notable songs are the ballads/jazz songs "Cruz," and "Soar." While I feel that "Dirrty" is the weakest song in the album, it too has its strengths. Overall, this album is just amazing, and anyone out there that enjoys talent, will immensely love this album. Go and get it! You won't be disappointed.
