b52's!

I have amazing news! On August 12th, I'm going to see the B52's in concert! I'm really excited. It's for my friend, madison's, 16th birthday. Her mom is taking us, along with her friend Tim and our other friend leah. Madison and her mom, Jayme, are really close because Jayme had her when she was 17. So Jayme's really cool and the B52's was one of her favorite bands growing up. Since I've been friends with Madison, her mom has basically transformed us into huge B52's fans. When we heard on the radio that they were playing two shows a little over an hour away we knew we had to get tickets. Not much else is going on, it can get pretty boring around here.

thats so cool!!! i dont really know who they are but i know lorelai was wearing one of their t-shirts in an early gilmore girls episode

lol. thats pretty much the extent of my knowledge of them. ur friend and her mum sound really cool

They are pretty good. I don't know a lot of their stuff, but what of their's I do know, I like. I was actually thinking that your friend and her mom sounds like gilmore girls...

They kind of remind me of the gilmore girls, in the sence that their really close and share a lot of the same interests, but their lifestyle is different than the show. My friend has 4 other brothers and sisters so thats where it's different
