I'm leaving the site
Well, after 147 days (303 including TVTome) and 2000 posts, I'm leaving this site, mainly for the reason that I think that I have spent too much time here. I might occasionally haunt the forums, and I will check my PMs, but that's all. If you're angry about this, just PM me as soon as possible, or comment here requesting a reassuring PM from yours truly.
There is good news. You can always reach me on AIM, and I will be sticking around until the end of the Survivor game and Amazing Race game. You can PM me anytime you want, and I'll give my guide to the 8th caller. And it would be great if one of you could mention this in an Off Topic thread.

Oh no. I've been here 462 days and have 5,246 posts(combined from TvT and tv.com). I think I've been here a good deal longer than I should have.
Seeya round!
Okay, I understand the part about feeling that you've got a touch of OCD because you're on the site so much. Been there myself. I finally realized that I HAD to set a time limit on how much I would spend here. That's why my blogs have such odd "vacations" in them. I used up my allotment, and wait until the time rolls off.
I'm not saying that there isn't life outside of TV.com, but the life that IS here will be just a little bit darker without your participation.
That's two within the same week. I'm REALLY going to have to start advertising. How in the world am I supposed to increase my readership, if all the "fans" leave? Okay, not so much fans as much as masochists who've come to rely on my blog supplying their daily fix, but you know what I mean.
BTW
Personally, I think you need to post one final "Warped Beliefs" before you go. If you've gotta leave the limelight, you might as well go out with a bang.

How about this: you leave for a week, or two weeks, or three weeks. Just some set period of time. Then you see how you're feeling. That's better than just quitting cold turkey, and you'll loosen your addiction that way.
We'll miss ya, buddy.
i've cut back on that time, so I'm not here as often.
You should try that before you leave altogether.

I think part of our obsession with the site(at least in the last month or 2, is the Survivor/TAR/Big brother games. Most of us have been involved in at least one of them in some way or another. and if you're like me, I still follow what's going on, even if I'm not in the game.
I Think after the 2nd season of each one wraps up, we should take a break from them, and go back to just discussing the shows.
