SHE'S ALIVEEEE!! Hi, everyone, I'm back...I hope some of you still remember me

Wow.

I'm not even going to bother counting the months (phew, not years) since I've been on. I regret not getting on to say hello every once in a while, I really, truly do, but I can't do anything about that now, right? It has been a bit of a bumpy road for me these last few months, but the road is smoothing out a little now, which, is nice. God, I hope people remember me, I miss talking to all the old friends I had here (HAVE, hopefully). Lots of stuff has been going on, life changing things actually, but I won't go into all the messy details, just the good ones.

Towson is still on board for me, and next year I get Trial Advocacy classes. Whee. The teacher is supposed to be an ass and a half, but hey, its like being a part of Law and Order. Very cool. I'm hoping I can make Varisty softball next year, but JV was great, so either way is good for me. Art classes are still a yes, this year will be painting, eesh, but at least I can only go up in that department.

Ok, no more boring stuff.

This summer has been quite a hectic, busy summer for me. I don't think I've ever written a 153 page Word document before. -_- Anyways, this summer I have been writing a book. Don't laugh. Seriously, I really am giving it my all, and typing away like there's no tommorow. I still have a lot of work do to of course, but its getting there. I mean, I've read books before that deserved to be tossed in a shredder or fireplace, and if that Paoloni(?) kid could his piece of crap to sell at age 17, then, hey, I guess I've got a shot.

The whole writing proccess can be very annoying sometimes, but its all really great, actually. The book's not even finished yet and I've already gotten attatched to my characters and obsessed with my storyline (this is not to be taken as gloating or anything). Every day I get to think of what are so and so going to to do next and who am I going to intorduce in the next chapter, and I really think I'v found what I want to do with my life. Granted, I'm only 15 and next year I'll probably want to be a fireman or something, but I think being a full time author is definatley going to be in the running. I know its going to be hard, but if I start now, who knows.

Thank God Avatar is coming back soon! In days, actually. I can't wait to see the ending *tear tear*, but I'm sure its going to be fantastic. Still rooting for kataang as always. The Avtar live action movies look...interesting. I really hope they end up turning out great, but those movies seem like they could go either way, plummeting disaster, or a wonder. Either way, I'll still be in the theatre with my avatar t-shirt on and avatard friends at my side.

Also in the realm of tv and movies...the end of the Twilight series is almost here! The last book comes out in about a month, and I can hardly wait! I read the first chapter of it and it looks awesome (and funny). The movie comes out soon-ish too, in December, yay. I really hope they don't screw it up, but so far it looks pretty good.

So who else is still here at tv.com? I know Mere is, but anyone else? I'll try to pop in like I used to, its just a shame avatar is ending (or is it?). Has Chef Smoking Feathers disowned me, Gary? Hope to see all my old buddies around.

Bye, everyone.

The Official So Its Been a Year..." Blog, uh..."party"...

Hey everyone!

Yes, it is I, Chelsea. The girl who has not been on here in forever and a day. The girl who never seems to be on much at all period. The girl who is VERY sorry for this, and wishes her Towson schedule wasn't so crazy. The girl who misses talking to her buddies like Gary, Mere, Ash, Thomas, and Katy. The girl who feels like a mixed bowl...

So as I'm thinking you may have noticed, its true, today, November 6th, marks my official "I have been a tv.com member for one year" anniversary. Hehe, cake for everyone! Its be an...interesting run. Nah, seriously, its been fun. Now before I get all mushy and reminiscent on you all, I thought I'd just sort of have a hodge podge blog about stuff that's going on. Enjoy.

School: So school has been pretty good. Guess what?! I got an A in geometry. Yea that's right, I kicked its ass! Its suckin' dirt! Ha! Sorry, lol, got a little excited there. But I really REALLY hate math and for me to get an A, well, that's pretty awsome right there. Woot. Uhh, law has been super, I love thecl@ss Government...ugh, hate it, but oh well. Oh, is anyone one out there happen to be in a thing called Princeton Model Congress? *hopes* I joined it so it'd look good for colleges and crap, but basically we go to Washington for three days and kids from all across the country have a little mock congress, where we all write up bills and try to get them passed. Boring I know, I don't want to be a politician or anything, but like I said, its for applications. Bleh. Hope someone is going though, that would be incredible to actually meet one of you guys! Umm, I'm also in National Art Honor Society, so uh, woot! Guess that's it for school.Softball will start up soon, that's good.

Avatar: Ok, now I'm not trying to be ridiculously critical or negative or anything, but I'm actually a little dissapointed with the way this season has been going so far, with a few exceptions. Now the way it started off was great, loved the Awakening and LOVED the Headband (kataang ). But, well, it just seems that now when ever the "bad animators" (which by the way have improved GREATLY, thank God) get an episode, it just doesn't seem like the good old cl assic avatar eppies there used to be. *sigh* You know? Its either the plot is a little weird, or the humor is sort of dumb or corny (they are sort of butchering Sokka and Toph), or I dunno, it just doesn't seem...right. And they are trying WAY to hard to fit some moral into each episode. In season one and such FOR THE MOST PART, the moral either flowed right in without any akward, "Wow Aang, I guess we can see by these flow charts that taking crack really IS bad," type of lines or there really was no cheesy "state the moral" line at all. And these episodes have all been filler for the most part, true bits and pieces are important, but overall no real GASP plot lines or anything. "The Avatar and the Firelord" was very sad at the end , I loved how Fang tried to protect Roku, even though they both ended up dying. But the whole "Roku is your great grandfather, Zuko" sort of seemed like a stretch. To quote UGamer I think, it seems the creators are thinking, "Are we really making up this crap as we go?" Sigh. "The Runaway" was pretty good. The whole compulsive gambling and insurance fraud was halarious, but they rest was pretty much morals and cheesy "I can't believe he said that" lines by Sokka. Sweat-bending...nice. Points to Katara. I saw the "Puppetmaster" and whoo baby was that AWESOME! SPOLIERS AHEAD! But I just thought that the creators are making Katara a little too...God-like. I know we all wished and pleaded that some waterbednder would friggin bloodblend already, but now that Katara has it its like, what can't she do? And why was she crying at the end? She was like weeping, she didn't kill anybody or anything, all she can do is bend blood, which technically she aslready could do. Oh well. It was still a great episode. And THEN...*dramatic music please* SPOLIERS!!!!!!! KATAANG! When I watched "Nightmares and Daydreams" and it came to THAT PART, I'm not even kidding I made my sister go DEAF. We of course had to watch it on the computer together and I sat right next to her and when the both of them kissed, my God, it was like "The Earth King" + "Cave of Two Lovers" x 10. I screamed my lungs out. But then OF COURSE it just HAD to be a daydream. UGGGGGHHHHH. Stupid daydream. I was sooooo hyper. I watched that part alone liek 10 extra times. Sheesh....I'm such a shipper. I just hope this season really starts to kick off when the two parter comes on "The Day of Black Sun", woot! Looks GREAT! TEO COMES BACK WOOOOOOT! Ok, this is way too long of an avatar review.

Books: Read some new books. One I thought was really good was "Dark Angel". Its about a kid whose brother is coming out from jail to live with the family again. The brother commited murder but got out on appeals, and while the mom and dad are happy the main character, the other brother, knows he shouldn't have been left out, and thinks the brother will ruin their lives again. Very good. I reccomend it. Another great one was "Blood Brothers". About a guy who works in a hospital, not a doctor, just a...helper guy, and his friend gets a stroke or something and is dying, and he tried to figure out what happened to him. Very sad, made me cry at the end, which is not an easy task. AND I'm reading Fullmetal Alchemist, the manga. My first manga. Its pretty different, but still good. I love FMA, my parents are getting me the DVDs for chirstmas. Yay.

Something that annoys me...: So I made some friends at Towson, but they are starting to get on my nerves. Out of all of them is one girl whom they obsess over. If she doesn't sit at our lunch table within two seconds of their arrival they scream and shout and blabber and look like chickens with their heads cut off wondering and inquiring where she could possibly be. And its not just at lunch its ALL THE TIME. Every moment its "oh my were is she?", "haha listen to what she just said","I think I'll ask her how to deal with my cheating boyfriend","oh want to hang out?! no? how about tommorow? no? next day?" "blah blah blah" Its like a constant buzz of bees. Sheesh. I hate how obsessive everyone has become, like she is air to them. Some times some one will ask "oh chelsea where is she?" and I'll go nuts and shout "does it really matter where she is?! and you asking about her won't make her come any faster! UGGGGHHH!!!" and then they look at me like I'm posessed....which I probably am. Any one else having to deal with this?

Kingdom Hearts: Woot! Beat the game...sweet. It was fun...easy, but fun. I love the song in the beginning intro, "My Sanctuary", its so ADDICTIVE. I sing it all the time. Sora is awsome. *squee* Roxas was hot too. *squee* Kairi never seems to get much of a part in these games does she? Ah well, it was fun.

BLOG PARTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOT NOW HERE'S THE FUN PART!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOOT!!!!!!! ANYONE POST WHATEVER YOU WANT!!!! WHEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!! ANNIVERSARY YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOT!

lol anyways, just wanted to say that I miss everyone. Mere, I'm very sorry for not being on AIM. I'm going to try to get on every once in a while. Gary, I miss our talks, and I WILL reply to the e-mail, just very busy. *is VERY sorry for that* Wow, Katy, have not chatted with you in a LONG time. Sigh. Like I've been saying...tv.com just ain't what it used to be...

Bye every one.

Miss you guys.

Uh..."Sokka's Master", "The Beach", Avatar: The Burning Eart

Ok, so its the day of reviews...

Opinions welcome...

Sokka's Master: Ahhhh, a classic Avatar episode. Fabulous, and HALARIOUS to boot. Who doesn't just love Sokka? The beginning was funny, Toph: "Ah you seen nothing once you seen it a thosand times", and Sokka puttign out the little sparks. lol, even momo was more helpful. I sort of winced a little at Aang's one liner: "Not if we can stop it!" But besides that the episode was great. I LOVED Aang's outift, the suit he tries on, and the little "airsword", lol he is so random. I love Aang. And of course Sokka making a complete fool of himself when he tries out all the weapons. You can tell Mike and Bryan did their research with how the master taught sokka. I liked his rainbow. The fight was good too, and funny. My favorite part though was when he makes his own sword. You can sort of just feel Sokka becoming...*dramatic music* a man. Oh and when Aang, Katara, and Toph are bored and waiting for Sokka. lol, toph picking her toes "twice", and katara trying to be funny. And when aang is all "ZOMG SOKKA SAY SOMETHING FUNNY!" And Tokka wa cute. Everyone go "ahhhhh". Not my favorite ship, and I don't despretley want it to happen, but if it does its no problem with me, they could be cute together when they are older. Way to go Mike, Bryan, and crew, great eppie.

The Beach: hehe...well this was fun. Mostly filler, but it was funny. Azula was halarious when she was like making battle plans for the volleyball game. And then Li and Lo...my eyes! lol...and Aang riding on the waterfall. wheee AND WE MEET COMBUSTION MAN. WOOT. Dude, that guy's insane. Ahhhh, and it was incerdibly sexy when Aang reversed or whatever he did with the fire and shot himself into the sky. CHAANG. And Zuko visiting his old housewas very sad and sweet. He looked so cute as a kid. The only part I didn't like was how Azula was mostly out of character. She never once showed an intrest in guy's (like Ty Lee said, she probably would burn them or something) and it was just sort of weird how she was trying to get a guy to like her. And it was very out of character for her to console Ty Lee from her harsh words, when only previosuly she got her to join her little team by setting her safety net on fire and releasing animals on her. Psh. And then she admitted she was jealous. Psh. I can understand she was trying to act normal to see how people would react, but still, they should have kept her in character a little more. Overall though, suh-wheet episode. MAIZU! The picture at the end was awsome too.

The Burning Earth: AHHHHHHHHH! I LOVED this game. Its too bad you can beat it in like 2 hours but oh well. Thank God the animation was half assed like before and actually decent this time. AND YOU CAN PLAY ZUKO AND IROH AND JET!!!! SQUEEE! That was so much fun. It just sucks how little time you can play them. Grr. And I loved how much more active momo and appa were. I loved playing as momo. And flying Appa I think was the funnest thing EVER. That was awsome! lol, and the BARRELS!!! I was laughing so hard, that was the best. Beats the other system of "hiding" in the last game, were you just dissapeared. I liked and didn't like how you could only have two players play. It made it more difficult which was good, but I liked having a full team. And for two players its nice, so thats ok.And thank you! Aang actually can use waterbending and earth bending. I sort of missed the RPGness of the other game though, this game flew by too quick with objective you had to do with no side objectives. The arena is fun. AND AANG LOOKS SO CUTE IN THE MENU SCREENS!!! (by the way we have Wii now...yay...so thats why I said flying appa was so fun, you actually moved your arms around and stuff) And they changed around the plot, but it still made sense. So overall, a very enjoyable game, just way to short. But it was still so fun. And the Avatar state...lol cheap way to win, but fun nontheless.

Kingdom Hearts: I know a lot of you guys like these games. Anyways, I played the first one a long time ago at a friends house, and I just now remembered that. When I saw it in Best Buy I was like "hey, I remeber that game!"...lol, and I decided to get the second one. It looks fun, but it won't work...grrr. Anyways, I saw the intro to the game on youtube, and I swear I could listen to that song and watch that intro all day long. *gasp* LINK: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RNAwNhlcYN4

The Avatar and the Firelord: This looks like its going to be a VERY good episode. I can see why they didn't want to release the title. I can't wait to see young Roku and how this war got all fired up...no pun inteded.

Avatar UK Trialers: Grrr, how come places like Canada, UK, whateverare all getting better stuff then the US...where this glorious show is actually made?! If you've seen the trailers then you know what I'm talking about. Too bad they move so friggin fast! But I'm guessing we are going to have some Katara flashbacks to when her village got its ass kicked and her mom died, so sad. And people think that that old lady is the puppet master...hmmm, maybe. But its looks so crazy, like with random things exploding and that creepy eye, and Aang lookin at the Fire and Water symbols and the scenery in front of him changing and everything. *laughs madly* This season is going to be so good.

Well that's about it. Sorry for not being on in a week or so, still very busy.

MERE: By the way, my sis showed me your sig and I LOVE IT! Go kataang! Those two are going to get to gether so soon, and EVERYONE KNOWS IT!!!!! Whee, kataang.

Ok, bye everyone.

sjoipdwnjkold *has no energy to think up a catchy, creative title*

Ugh...

Hey guys,

Sooooo...AVATAR NEW EPISODE ON TONIGHT! WHEEEEE! SOKKA'S MASTER! GOD ITS GOING TO BE AWESOME! Can't WAIT. This is going to be so funny, hehe. Sokka with a sword...we already know where THIS one's going...the emergency room.

Just another awsome little fact about Towson: there are like twenty million avatar fans there. How awesome is that?! Seriously, its so cool, people I can actually see everyday that love this show as much as I do! Yip-yip.

Only one of those avatar fans are...not so cool. This guy, Konrade, sits across from me in my English class. Really stupid. Really awkward. He gave me this sci-fi story he wrote up to read. He says "hi" to me everyday and waves when I sit down. He asks me weird questions. I think his mom dresses him (and I meant that in the most loving, most nurturing way...heh, my old spanish teacher always said that when she said something a little mean), and he likes to rumage through my sketchbook. I asked some other people if he was in any of their classes and one girl said yea and that it was very awkward to talk to him...you're telling me. I don't want to be rude or anything, so I answer his questions and everything and agreed to read his story (that was a pure torture in and of itself), but I wish he would just leave me alone. Its getting very hard to try and look at something else instead of him (he sits right in front of me) so he doesn't catch my gaze and start talking to me. There are only so many posters in that room to keep my gaze focused. I'm praying for the day we switch seats.

Finished "The Alchemyst". Very poorly written book, not very intelligent vocabulary and not a very high reading level, I couldn't wait to be done with it. There wasn't even any alchemy in it, FMA had more "alchemy" (like the principles and stuff) than this book. Psh. The author made a second one but I'm not reading it. It was also WAY to fantastical for me. I mean I always liked a little splash of fantasy, its more creative than just normal reality, but this one was dripping with it. You couldn't really get attatched to any of the characters and most of the time I thought, "Is he really making this up as he goes?" Too many coinsidences and stuff. And incredibly cliche. Its plot has been done thousands of times before. Rinse, wash, re-use. I got another two books though, "The Dark Angel", and "The God of All Small Things". Both look good, hopefully they will be.

*sighs* tv.com just ain't what it used to be...

The Thought...

Hey everyone,

So in my government class we sometimes have these "mond jog" questions that get us thinking about topics we will discuss. They usually just start a heated debate, but some of them are pretty...deep, interesting, whatever you want to call it. So every once in a while, I'll post the topic question or statement, say a little on what I think about it, and then I guess you guys can just comment or such. Um, yea, so here was today's "mind jog"...

Do you agree or disagree with the statement: Life is fair.

My answer: Technically, no one can ever REALLY answer that question. The real question: what is fair? While we all have a moral understanidng of what we see as a general use of the word "fair", it really is just a matter of opinion. A child living in Africa with little food and a disease ridden home could still see their life as "fair" becuase they are still breathing and living and they may have a loving family, but a millionare's daughter who can't buy her sixth sportscar may think her life is totally and unexceptally "unfair". If a mother dies in childbirth, is that fair? She gave a life to this world, why shouldn't a life be taken away as the price, or maybe it isn't fair, why should she have to die while other mothers live? But I do see the world as generally "unfair". Some people are given more advantages than others, and get better lives. I don't belive my friend should have gotten on the softball team just becuase her dad knows the coach, while I have to try out, I don't see that as fair. Its not fair to have poor living in the streets while the rich spend their money friviosusly, its not fair for people to get rejected form schools or programs becuase of their race or gender. Not much in life really is that fair. Its sort of just a big game of a "pursuit of happiness". No one will ever really be utterly satisfied with thier life, they will always want more, but that doesn't mean they can't try. So while no one can really say wether or not life is "fair", I belive that live most of the time really isn't.

So there ya go, pluck from that what you will or make up your own idea. Like I said, every once in a while I'll post one, I get about one or two every week or so.

AHHHHHHHH! Totally forgot to post this last time, whoopsy!

AVATAR BOOK 3 FIRE VOLUME TWO DVD COMES OUT JAN. 22ND!!!!!!!!!!! WHEEEEEEE!!!!! That's only a few days after my lil ol' birthday, suh-wheet. I LOVE this cover, everyone is all decked out in their respective nation's outfits. Nice hat Toph. And Sokka, whoo baby is that outfit cool. Aang looks so emo, its scary. I love the backround too. Hehe, Sokka has a sword, poor boomerang, the weapon that MADE HIM WHO HE IS has now been replaced, how sad. Let us have a moment of silence for the poor boomerang.

Lol, once again forigve my Twilight obsession. (Please some one read those books so I'm not so alone. ) Anyways, this is Alice Cullen. Very short, with pixie like black hair. She moves extremley gracefully, like a dancer. She of course is a vampire, and she can see into the future, but only the curent future, once someone changes their mind to do something, the future changes, and so Alice's visions. She can't remember her life before she was changed into a vampire, so she uses that excuse to guilt trip her closest friend Bella into letting her dress her up and put make up on her, like a big Barbie doll. She's also got a bit of a humorous side to her. I love Alice, she's awsome. Oh yea, she only has yellow eyes becuase instead of drinking off human blood to quench her thirst, she drinks animal blood like the rest of her family. So instead of her eyes being red when she's "full" the color is yellow, and then when she is "thirsty" her eyes gradually trun black. Oh yea, and she's been 18 for about...100 years. Vampies don't age.

So there's pretty much a decent basic description of Alice Cullen. Go Twilight!

*Is tired*

*Wants to burn law project*

*Remembers she will fail is said action is taken*

*Paints instead*

Ok, well that's all for now.

Bye guys,

Chelsea
