What we know as rap music today, basically consists of a bunch of idiots, jumping around the television, wearing 'gangsta' clothing, and driving giant humvees. When rap used to actually mean something, back in the 90's when it was about black youth in America, it was good rap. All this sh** nowadays is the same old crap. Every fu**** rap artist is a clone of the previous one. Talking to a beat, about how many strippers you want to fu** and how many chicks you want to sex up. Not to mention, how much bling you got from doing nothing but talking into a mic. Akon is no exception. Smack That was probably my most loathed song by this so called 'music maker'. So unoriginal, anyone who was the least bit horny could write it. Talking about bending women over and spanking them. How much talent does that deserve credit for? Honestly? Then theres 'I Wanna Fu** You' (dubbed down to 'Love' for the obvious reasons. Basically its 3 and a half minutes of this idiot saying how much he wants to fu** up this stripper. C'mon. When you want to have sex with some random chick, dont write a fu**** song about it, just do it for fu*** sake! And leave your horny thoughts out of our minds.

Sure it doesn't sound like your Definitely Maybe and your Whats the Story, but who cares. Listen to the music like you haven't heard Oasis before. You will start to love the music. I thought Don't Believe the Truth wasn't all that great. Until I bought it, just to see what it was like. This album blew me away. Great songs, cover to cover. A must buy for Oasis fans. Its Oasis, reborn.
