I agree lest just wait for the PS3 to come out and see what happens

Yup, coming from a 360 owner (me) I can tell you that the 360 is a total disappointment.

To say that the 360 is new is not fair either. It's been out for almost 10 months and their sales records are a laugh. As you say, no exclusives and the only two games that are decent (Oblivion and GRAW) are PC ports with LAG.

Where is the next generetion promised by Microsith? This looks more like another version of Windows with bugs than a cutting edge console.

PS3 is gonna wipe up the floor with 360. All that crap MS threw out has to get cleaned up

I do agree, I just don't want 360 fans getting hostile here but then again that's what a blog is all about I don't understand the hype from the 360 b/c I just have not seen any games that make me scream that I want it. Gears of War looks good but that's all it does is LOOK good. What's going to set it apart from other titles? People already made up there mind it's going to be good.....i get confused with this. Sony despite what people may say, really truly did have alot of great titles. Even though alot never made it to STELLAR status I had fun with games like Shaodow of the Collosus, Devil may cry, Final fantasy, Chaos Legion, Jak and daxter, ratchet and clank, gungrave etc etc.....I wish people would just let Sony do there thing. What bad have they done? Honestly? Everybody wants to see sony be dead last but what will that gain? The people who are complaining's console is last or sec last and it has not changed a thing. So what would happen if Sony is last? I'm still gonna own and play one so what bragging rights are these fanboys trying to get? Everybody sees Nintendo as the greatest thing but they are still fighting (NOT for innovation fanboys calm down) they are fighting for YOUR DOLLAR!!!!! ahhhhhhhhhhhh get it into your friggin brains that they're all companies that don't give a rats ass about you unless you have green in your pocket. Ninty hates selling at a loss b/c they hate losing money, that's why there consoles are so cheap, but they slap the word "innovation" on it and people eat it up like popcorn..............eat guano!!!!!!

I agree, i'm tired of people counting sony out before their console is even out! They have flaws, but every console does.

I'm not a 'fangirl' persay...i was born to nintendo..but lately, i haven't seen too much on nintendo's end and when ps1 came out..i got it instead. Now i'm more for sony. However, i have played xbox (loved halo 2) and nintendo's consoles..i just prefer the games on sony right now.

Anyway, 360 was a disappointment..i have seen it, played most of the games out now..and let me tell ya, the only ones i liked were Call of Duty 2, Oblivion and Dead or Alive 4 (although, DOA4 could've been done soo much better..). Ninja Gaiden is still my favourite and it was for xbox! The system itself too...oh well, let's hope they pull some cool games out quick even the fanboys are getting upset :S

As for me, i'm excited for the games coming to sony! The ps3 will be my last official 'gift' at christmas until 5 years from now when i'm done university...so i'll be one of the crazy ones buying it at release..i could wait, but not 5 years. So i'm hoping, praying to god sony doesn't let me down with a crappy system! I don't think they will...i bought ps2 at release and it's lasted me up until now with NO problems XD still working just fine..! the only thing is, it has problems reading scratched disks now..but hey, come on, it's like 6 years old!

man and lady I never said I had a life. I openly admit to the "genuises" and I use that term lightly, at my school that my life is stuck in my game systems. and im going to comment on the 360 for a bit. the 360 failed miserably at launch but it's shaping up to do pretty well now. the wii gains popularity every day, and this is the truth, while the ps3 loses it every day. let's sit down for story time: once upon a time I decided I wanted a PS2 (shocking I know) however my mother and I decided that we might as well wait for the next one. So a couple years went by and Sony announced a 500 dollar price tag for the cheaper version plus a (stating facts here) controller which seems to be a rip-off of the Wii controller (don't care when Sony had this patent you speak of do you think they would of used it if Nintendo hadn't announced motion sensing abilities with wii?). So I decided with that (and a freaking 250 dollar handheld, i mean I could buy two gcns and throw a mario kart lan party for that much). So I directed my attention to a machine directed towards games. The Wii. I thought hey this looks like fun, you know how fat guys love to make themselves look stupid. Then I played a demo of the 360 game CoD2. Then PGR3. Then I decided. Wii60 here I come. Now maybe, just maybe if I play the PS3 and like it (highly unlikely because I absolutely hate that PS2 controller) then maybe I'll buy one if I win the lottery in three years. so know you know how I got to the anti-Sony side of things. And yes I played the PS2 unfortuniately I haven't played the highest rated games for the systems but there are a few I enjoyed, mainly Soul Calibur III, but it's not enough to make me buy one. Now assuming you don't get banned for major disruptive posting on my part then feel free to comment back. Assuming I check your blog ever again.

I smell BS b/c you have been going back and forth with me alot longer than when ps3's price tag was even announced. What's funny ult_femalegamer is that he must have not read some of my earlier blogs........I rag on sony every now and then too.......I'm not staunch like the others, and can admit when sony does wrong. Just read my Sony has *enis envy blog. But thanks for the back babe nice to see a fan. I loved my avatar as well and can't understand why he has to be so hateful and immature as to moderate me for every little thing I do.....he can't leave well enough alone. Read his blog....i kindly asked him how you post videos and then he created another blog saying "nobody tell lageasy how to post videos". And stuff like that......I have actually tried to be nice but he keeps coming back for more. I agree. I try not to pass judgement on a console until I have played it. I love my PS2, and I also like playing Halo on Xbox and some games on the Gamecube. I'm very exited for the PS3. Before the 360 came out I couldn't wait to play Call of Duty 2. I'm just saying a good game is a good game no matter what console it's on. The reason I like the PS2 more is because there are more good games on PS2.

Ok...calming down...Now here's my updated opinion on the PS3. It's too pricy, I've seen nothing that looks like it would be fun. Yes the graphics are amazing but big deal. 50 Cent Bulletproof had some pretty good graphics too. Game still sucks. Maybe I'll get one in a couple years when it costs less than most people make in a week. If you want to talk about how great your PS3 is then come on over to my union and try your hand.

Okay I basically skipped all the comments but here goes:

So a lot of people are mad or angry or whatever at Nintendo because of all of there "same ol' same ol'" Mario, Zelda, Metroid games. Just because they are really old doesn't mean they're not fun anymore.

Now then, lageasy, you said earlier "how is swinging at a TV being innovative?" or something like that, anyways, Nintendo is trying to get people into the game, take Red Steel for example, you use the Wii remote to swing your OWN sword, in your OWN direction, with your OWN movements. That's cool, because its like you're in the game itself! So don't diss Nintendo, respect thy enemy.

Everyone here is fanboy/fangirl because we all dissed, and/or defended other consoles. SHUT THE HELL UP!!! NO ONE CONSOLE IS BETTER THAN THE OTHER!! Everybody has different tastes. Apparently, this generation of consoles (Gamecube PS2 Xbox) Sony, (or more accurately, third-party companies that have made games for the PS2) have made games most appealing to today's gamers. Unfortunately, today's gamers mostly like violence. (GTA, God of War, etc.)

One more thing, lageasy, (if that is your real name, lol) If Sony did make a patent for a motion-sensing controller and whatnot, at least Nintendo was the first to take the risk of making it. Sure Sony's PS3 controller also has it but, well.....let's just see how many games that can use the function properly.

So if you didn't read my entire comment, I'm basically saying that no one console is better, they all have there own ideas and taking risks to see if their idea can work. Except maybe the 360, because they didn't really do anything new.

One more thing lageasy (sorry for ripping on you so much, but you are the biggest fanboy here, you too Kenzo) Your blog, this one, if I may quote "Down and not even out yet! Kenzo, why do you hate Sony? I just don't get you, if I remember correctly, before E3 this year, you "hated" the Xbox, and the PS2 was more of a neutral status. Is it because of the $600 price tag? Is it because of the motion-sensing controller? WHY?!
