is it just me or is the planned historic year of 2009 gaming being more and more post-poned

many titles like dantes inferno, bioshock 2, and now splintercell conviction

what is coming of the ecomony to as to make things just stop being made ...or whatever reason ...i wish games would keep coming out like they used too
