Well, I'm in college now, and I've updated my setup for school. I'm keeping the Wii with me as well as my DSi - all the other games are at home (my PC is with me as well). My room mate has an Xbox 360 and we have two tvs set up to display the same picture simultaneously as well as 2 Aiwa stereo speakers and a Bass amp being used as a subwoofer.
So, I was at a festival this past weekend, but I left one of my bags there. I don't care about much of the stuff in there, but my DS and all my games, (Including Pokemon Diamond with 221 hours) are there too. So I really don't want to have to buy/replay everything again.
I finally got my Wii, and I have to say, it really completes my gaming experience for what I dreamed my game room could someday be!
The surround sound is installed and fully functioning. I just need some wire clips and wall mounts for the rear speakers and I'm all set to go. I can't wait to have friends over to try it out!
So, I love having my own gameroom. I have been doing as much as I can with as little money as possible. On that note, I'm buying a $35 surround sound system tomorrow at K-Mart. It's on sale, and I really hope to grab and go. I can't believe the price, and this will put the gameroom in equality (if not domination) with the living room. Except for the whole no-heat thing, but I can just wear warm clothing. Ha!
Recent Reviews
"Movement for the Common Man" is a far too long and strange beginning for the band's title debut album. This may turn many prospective buyers away. However, I do enjoy a few of the songs. Obviously, "Lady," but also "Witch Wolf," "Rock and Roll Feeling," and "Hallelujah Chorus." All in all, I'd say that this cd collection is only meant for die-hard Styx fans, and not for entertainment, but mostly just to fill that spot where everyone wonders how their favorite band sounded in the beginning.

Kiss Me
""
Always be careful when "Kiss Me" comes on the radio. You may find yourself singing along, and not even realize you know the words. The song is a classic one-hit wonder for Sixpence None The Richer. It's a good theme for teenagers, who mostly just want to kiss each other. Good addition to any collection to be brought to parties, weddings, dances, or anywhere else where couples are together. Just be careful if it comes on the radio!

The lyrics don't make too much sense, there's no cool technical guitar stuff, or drums stuff, etc...but something about screaming Cleveland Rocks as loud as you can is infectious, especially if you've never been to Cleveland. It is a great one to play for people who don't know the same music, because everyone can pick up on "CLEVELAND ROCKS!"

From the first time I heard it on the radio to this day, that intro sends me flying into this song every time, and I just can't help but blast my stereo speakers as loud as I can. If this song can send you to Hell, well, I'm on the Highway!

I have often used Renegade at sports events to get the crowd riled, and it works! People really respond to this basic story of a runaway trying to make it through life. It's impossible to listen to this song at a volume less than your stereo's highest and fully enjoy it, and you won't want to!
