She smashed box office and concert attendance records worldwide (for which she entered the Guinness Book of World Records in 1988 for the largest audience ever assembled to see a single rock star) before retiring from the stage in 2000 with her final World Tour which of course set new records and crushed new acts like Britney Spears, and even old ones like KISS.

In 2005, management released her latest greatest hits album, All the Best, which entered the Billboard 200 at No. 2, and going multi-platinum in a matter of months. She did several live television performances in the US and Europe, highlighted by an interview and performance on The Oprah Winfrey Show in Spring 2005. Also in 2005, Tina was honored as one of the top legends in the entertainment business by Winfrey and her peers.

In 2005 she was also named "Woman of the Year" in the United Kingdom.
