The Age of FernandoCrescando!

Hi everybody! (Hi Doctor Nick!) Sorry if I haven't been on in a while (eighth grade is HARD!). I decided that I'm ditching the whole pre-blog info for a while. I'm just too busy or...unfortunately...lazy. However, I'm getting off topic.

As of yesterday, October 8, 2009, tv.com will be the only website that I will be keeping my last recent username peplarry12. All websites that I joined before will now be known as FernandoCrescando. Don't understand? Well listen up!

With production of the actual episodes of The Kris Show on hiatus, I've been taking my matters elsewhere: editing the overall storyline. As I do that, I seek advice from my friends at school (eighth grade of which I'll describe later in this blog).

It started in Spanish class. My friends never gave me any kind of nickname, but my name is Ryan. My family often refers to me as Ryguy, Riboflavin, Ribo, etc. In Spanish, my teacher gives us all a Spanish name, mine of which is Raul. I've extended it to Raul Pancho Jargan el primero de la manana. I told all of my friends to call me this, but none did. One day in chorus, I decided that even if this wasn't my nickname, my pseudonym for The Kris Show and any other professional works would be Fernando Crescando (actually spelled "crescendo" for the fact that I have a habit of gradually speaking louder and LOUDER as a sentence goes on) since I was singing so loud. So...yeah, that's that.

My new Youtube channel is http://youtube.com/FernandoCrescando. If you are a member, please subscribe!

Okay...on to my school day. I was thrilled to be the top banana of the middle school this year, which started a month ago today, for I was excited to get a "high quality education" (REALLY I'm just excited to go to Six Flags Great Adventure at the end of the year). I really like this girl in my English and Science classes named Brittany, but I used to hate her, so I don't really make that clear yet. Anyway, here's my schedule:

2009-2010 schedule

1) Spanish

2A) Gym

2B) MST (math, science, technology)

3A) Health

3B) Art

4) Math (technically "Integrated Algebra 9")

5) English (which I'm doing better in!)

6) LUNCH (my favorite)

7) Science (technically "Earth Science 9")

American History

I'll go farther in depth in a different blog.

In other news, they blew up the moon in search of water today! I saw it on the internet this morning before band!

Also, I really want to be on vacation. A year ago today, I was on my Puerto Rico and Florida trip, which I recapped in one of my first blogs. Two years ago today, I was on my Texas trip. Four years ago today, I was on my Southern California / Mexico trip. My family loves taking vacations to exotic places in October while it's off season. NO MONEY THIS YEAR!

So...I'm getting really tired typing so I'll make it quick. What do you think of my new pseudonym? Please respond quick!! My fingers can't take much mo-

Hi everybody! (Hi Doctor Nick!) I won't try and make this blog very long, but I noticed that my blogs are back! Yay! The only bad thing though is that the blogs I wrote after the glitch are now gone. Oh well. At least I have my over 70 other blogs left to keep.

Also, I've stated this before, but I have a new Youtube channel. Not in the way that it's actually new, but I actually started posting videos. I will soon post a wide variety, and of course including my Kris Show shorts, but so far I only have six videos. If any of you are interested, go to www.youtube.com/peplarry12 (I'd be happy to visit yours if you have one.). Thanks!

Daily "Fact about me": I love roller coasters and water slides.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi evoerybody! (Hi Doctor Nick!) I'm back! First off, before you read this, if you haven't already, you may be interested in the blog below this. It's one of my biggest yet. So is this. Not all of the stuff I'm talking about is in the title, so I'll start off with what is in the title.

STUFF IN TITLE:

This actually happened like last week, but I was too lazy to write a blog then. I'm now Level 18, which is a Land Shark! It's the first time I moved up in like a month (I'll be writing my tenth anniversary blog on Sunday)! And again, because of stupid Firefox, I can't copy an image onto this blog. Anyway, I'm almost in the twenties! Yes!

Also, today was the last day of school! After being in the seventh grade for like 10 months, I am finally leaving it behind! Don't get me wrong, I liked the teachers, plus Spanish an Tech cla$$es a lot, but I'm glad summer is here and that we'll be the "top bananas" of the school next year once more! We had a special "Elwood Idol" event, a parody of American Idol, where students got up in front of their peers and, obviously, sang. The whole day of school lasted literally only an hour, but it wasn't wasted doing final exams or anything, which I've been doing practically all of last week.

Besides the last day of school, the second to last, yesterday, was occupied by the 7th grade cla$$ going on an end-of-the-year trip to Splish Splash water park in Riverhead (Long Island, for those of you who aren't familiar). We were there for around five hours and we had mostly a great time. Although, it wasn't perfect...there were many flaws. Here were some of the major problems that happened to me during the day:

  1. The Lockers and Anthony: Me and my friends, Chris, Christian, Thomas, Alex, Justin, Anthony, and Brendan shared a huge locker for $18. My backpack had a cell phone and a camera in it and he was carelessly shoving it into the locker with no attempt to protect what was in it. It turns out, we also rented a second locker for $2 where we put our shoes. But when we closed the huge locker, Anthony took off with the key, separated from the rest of the group. He didn't have a watch, so he didn't know what time it was, even though he had to come back to the exit at 2:15 pm EST. One time, about three hours before we left, he went to the locker to get something, and everything dumped out. Not only did he not care, but he stepped on the bags to get his stuff, and left without putting them away.So our stuff was left unguarded, unsupervised in the middle of the locker area for three hours. Later, when we found him, we saw that he dumped out the stuff. We yelled at him, and then he said he lent the key to Thomas, and he had no idea where the &#*%$ he went, and we had to leave in 10 minutes. Luckily, none of our stuff was severely damaged or stolen, but I was very annoyed.

  2. Lines, Arguments, and a New Ride: We only had five hours at the park. It was in the mid 80s and we wanted to go on everything we could. The rides we wanted to go on the most were Cliff Diver, Alien Invasion, Dragon's Den, and the all new ride that opened the day before, Dr. Von Dark's Tunnel of Terror, which would've been the second ride we rode within three days of opening, the first being Bizarro at Six Flags Great Adventure on May 23. It turns out, plus the rides Mammoth River and the Lazy River, we went on NONE of them!

    Cliff Diver:
it's a slide that goes straight down, 80 feet down in 3 seconds. I was going to go since there were short lines, but at the time, the only one of my friends with me was Chris, who wouldn't go on, even though he went on the straight part of Max Trax, a very similar ride. After we went in the Wave Pool, I swore we had to go on, and then of course, there were LONG lines, and we had to leave in 30 minutes. Bummer.

Alien Invasion: we got on line, but it wasn't moving at all for ten minutes. We left the line shortly after.

Dragon's Den: simply put, LONG LINES ALL DAY!

Dr. Von Dark's Tunnel of Terror: the newest ride, it opened on June 24. It's basically a small funnel completely in the dark. We wanted to go on, but it wasn't working for the first three hours. By the time it did open, me and Chris saw it operating from on top of Hollywood Stunt Rider, another Dark Slide. By then, the line streched for about a thousand feet from the ride, and we only had 45 minutes. Tough Luck for me.

  3. Nearly Drowning / Losing my Shirt: I went on a very small slide called Shotgun Falls. It didn't look like too bigof a slide. The website said it was a five foot fall into a ten foot pool. I knew how to swim, so I thought, "What the heck? I'll give it a shot". Little did I know that it shoots you out really fast and that the slide itself isn't five feet. It's twenty feet with a five foot fall from the end of the slide to the surface of the water! Because it was a body slide, the lifeguard told me to take off my shirt. I took it off and I said "Where do I put it?" and he said "Hold on to it". So I did. I went down the slide and unexpectedly shot me out. I held onto my nose as I entered on a diagonal, which caused my fingers to slip off of my nose. I can't tell you how much water got into my nose and lungs. Even though I knew how to swim, I was basically flapping to get to the edge of the pool, where the lifeguard pulled me out and held off the ride for about five minutes. Christian was giving Chris hand signals, for Chris was at the top, on what happened and why he can't go. Chris thought, "God, something happened to Ryan." I was in complete shock. Fortunately, I recovered within five minutes and rode many more rides. Unfortunately, the shirt I was holding sank to the bottom of the ten foot pool. I asked the lifeguard if he could get it, but he said there was nothing he could do and that I should leave to prevent the line from being held off too long. Some friendly service.

I rode the rest of the rides shirtless, and changed at the end of the day.

  4. Impatience of My Friends: I said earlier that Chris had to rent another locker to put shoes in. Me, Chris, and Christian went to the locker, and even though the rest of my friends clearly said they'd wait for us, they took off anyway! We tried finding them at first, but then just went on rides ourselves. We later found them in the wave pool, then had lunch at the Beach Boardwalk area. They went on another ride, Max Trax, then took of to the freakin' Candy Shop for an hour-and-a-half without telling us. It was really just Justin, Brendan, and Anthony (Thomas and Alex rode again). Some friends.

  5. Impatience of People waiting for tubes: Me and Chris were going to ride Abyss (hey, that rhymes!) in a double person tube, for we wait for one for about ten minutes, buta whole bunch of 16-year-olds just push ahead of us and take the tubes. One guy even said to them, "Wait until I get off the tube!" and they just flipped them over. A 25-year-old man next to us was also annoyed that he couldn't get a tube. Me and Chris said, "C'mon, we have to leave in 30 minutes!" Other kids said "So do we!" for they were from the Hauppauge and Ronkonkoma districts, who also went to Splish Splash with the Elwood District. Older teens said "Too $#@!% bad!" or "I don't give a %$&@#!" We ended up getting two single person tubes, even after being at the front of the line for so long, waiting for doubles. Teens these days.

All in all, a half-frustrating, half-absolutely fantastic day! We still rode on everything else, which is still a lot considering there are around 34 rides. Chris and I rode on Splash Landing seven times! At least we got double tubes then.

STUFF NOT IN TITLE:

While we were coming back from Splish Splash, the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, had a cardiac arrest. He had no pulse and wasn't breathing. In Los Angele, at 2:26 pm PST, Michael Jackson died from a coma, or 5:26 pm EST. I wasn't a terribly big fan of him, but his earlier albums, including Thriller, were great. It's still bad that he died and I hope he rests in peace.

Michael Joseph Jackson

August 29, 1958 - June 25, 2009

Besides that, I finished final exams, and I will get my report card with my grade shortly.

The Kris Show now has a slightly different plot! I thought it didn't seem too interesting at first, so I changed it a bit. Go to http://milknberries.webs.com/bouttheshow.htm for more info. It is still slated for a July 10, 2009 premiere on Milk n' Berries and YouTube.

I got braces on Monday. At first they hurt like crazy, but after three days, they got better.

I finished my pneumatically powered robot arm in Tech cla$$ last Wednesday. It's made of wood and powered by air, but it's still a robot and it works perfectly! I'll try to get pictures of it on here soon.

That's all I have to say for now. peplarry12 has left the building!

BIGGEST BLOG EVER!!! [caps]

My Mood: Back to normal

Mood Status: Yay!

Level: 17- The Crazy Neighbor

Level Status: 84%

Daily "Fact about me": I'm an excellent artist.

Español del día (Spanish of the Day): sala (living room)

Chryanese to English Dictionary: bolofogo (cat), pogofogo (dog)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello everyone! Peplarry12 is back! Sorry, I haven't been on in a while, but I had SO MUCH (and that is why I put it in bold and capitals) to do between May 5 and June 11! I was running all over the place and I had no time to sit down and write a decent blog. So, here's my chance to write about the "billions" of things I wanted to say.

First off, I had two concerts at my school. We used to have times where we had to get into school an hour early for band or chorus rehearsals, and now they are over. On May 12, I had the Jazz Band concert. Videos of this are shown on Youtube. They were posted by a trumpet player in the band.I played the songs Take the A Train, Green Onions, and Evil Ways. The funny part about this concert was that after it was one, I went to the front lobby, and my mom requested me to get my trombone. I did, and when I came back, no one was there! My parents and grandparents abandoned me. I was waiting in the lobby and parking lot for half an hour and I realized they left. So, the chorus director, Mrs. Fisher, kindly let me use her phone, and my parents were furious at me! What did I do?

On May 18, I had my Chorus/Band Concert. Not as exciting that night.

I had a Tri-M induction on May 5, the day of my school's bomb threat, and I sang at the 8th grade awards night on June 3. Now, I'm completely done with all music performances, clubs, and sports.

Also, while I was offline here, I changed The Kris Show airdate to July 10.

I marched in a Memorial Day parade down Jericho Turnpike on May 25 along with the rest of the 7-8 grade band. I kinda messed up, veering out of the yellow line every once in a while, but I'm playing a trobone for crying out loud! I can't see what's in front of me!

Yay! My birthday has passed! On June 9, I became 14 years old (last time I checked)! I got a new camera, a camcorder with tripod for Lego Stopmotions and live action videos, and an electronic keyboard that I can hook to my laptop via a music conversion software. We went to a chinese buffet in Farmingdale for dinner that night. We also had a huge Fiesta themed party on June 6 (my Spanish teacher would be proud) and something else...

That something else is that I went to Six Flags Great Adventure twice in the past few weeks! I went the first time with my friends Chris and Christian, plus Christian's dad on May 23, Memorial Day Weekend. It was the public grand opening of Bizarro, the transformation of Medusa. We finally rode Nitro at night, and the theory proved correct- you CAN see Philaelphia from the top tower. Werode The Dark Night once (It sucks), and we failed to ride Kingda Ka not because we were chicken, but it was closed down because it got struck by lightning in early May. It reopened on May 31...

And we went again on June 7 for my birthday! Me and my dad took my friends, Chris, Christian, Thomas, Russell, and Alex to Six Flags Great Adventure for the second time in a little over two weeks. We rode Bizarro three times, El Toro twice, Superman: Ultimate Flight three times, and Nitro five times. We ate at the Best of the West and we all went on Runaway Mine Train afterwards, just to get the food down. We took the Skyride twice and walked between the ends of the park all the other times to burn some calories. We didn't go on The Great American Scream Machine except Thomas and Alex-it rattled too much!

And now...Kingda Ka is open! I was willing to go on since November, but Chris and Christian chickened out. Thomas and Alex already rode it before, and thus did it now. But this time I was shocked to see that Chris volunteered to go on and not Christian! There were literally NO LINES the first four times we went on, and Chris loved it! You hear a voiceover say "Arms down. Heads back. Hold on!" and it shoots you out at 128.6 mph in 3.5 seconds, soars you over 456 feet into the air (you could probably see NYC from the top of that!), and shoots you back down through a 270 degree vertical in-line twist, over a camelback where you could barely breathe and then slows you down into the station. We rode FIVE TIMES! The fifth time was different. It was later, after Superman, and Christian came on (Russell stayed off). The wait time this time was around maybe ten minutes, and it was a half an hour before the park closed. We really wanted to ride Nitro at night again, so we ran to the other side of the park and got there at 8:57, three minutes before it closed! We rode it, and then booked it. All in all, a fabulous day!

I'm going on a trip to Splish Splash on June 25!

Final exams start today: June 11!

Also, May 28 was my nine month anniversary! I would post emblems, but I got so little accomplished in the past two months that I don't feel like doing it now.

And for now, that's all I can think of. I'll post again if I remember something else. Out!
