Episode 2.23- The leavers dance. The goodbye kiss:

Brooke: "Well...I'll see ya, Brooke. Have a nice summer. Oh, thanks, everybody."

Lucas: "Talking to yourself?"

Brooke: "What, is your... summer job driving a cab?"

Lucas: "I put your stuff in the car."

Brooke: "So I guess this is goodbye? Tell me that was a goodbye kiss."

Lucas: "I wanna be with you, Brooke."

Brooke: "What?"

Lucas: " I'm sorry. I know we're friends...it's just how I feel."

Brooke: "What about Peyton's stuff?"

Lucas: "I keep that stuff as a reminder of how badly I screwed up things with you.To remind myself, if I ever get a second chance...I'd never let you go again."

Brooke: "I don't know what to say. I, um...I gotta go."

Lucas: "Brooke? You think... you could ever..."

Brooke: "Lucas...I'm sorry. I... I gotta go. Bye."

Lucas: "Have a nice summer, Brooke."

Episode 3.09- How a ressurection really feels. The 82 letters:

Brooke: " There are 82 letters in here, and they're all addressed to you. I wrote them all this summer. One a day, but I never sent them because I was afraid."

Lucas: "Brooke..."

Brooke: " I was afraid of getting my heart broken again...like before.Cause you hurt me so bad and...I was afraid to be vulnerable. And I was afraid of you and the way that you make me feel. And I know that doesn't matter now, after what I did. But I just thought that you should know. This is how I spent my summer, Luke...wanting you. I was just too scared to admit it."

Lucas: " Brooke! I'm sorry. What you did with Chris...it's okay."

Brooke: "It's not. It can't be. It's too much to forgive."

Lucas: " Well, that's too bad...because I forgive you."

Brooke: "You can't"

Lucas: "I just did. So you're gonna just have to deal with it. I'm the guy for you, Brooke Davis. And I know I hurt you last time we were together, but...

Brooke: "I love you."

Lucas: "I love you too, Pretty Girl."

Episode 2.19- Don't take me for granted

Conversation between Lucas and Nathan:

Lucas: "There's nothing wrong with my heart, Nate."

Nathan: "Yeah? That's what you said after you car accident. You told me you didn't wanna be afraid to live your life."

Lucas: "That's right."

Nathan: "Well I don't buy it, Luke. I think there's something in your heart you're running from."

Lucas: "Okay, what are you: psychic?"

Nathan: "You can make jokes about it all you want but you know there's a girl you had feelings for."

Lucas: "Nathan..."

Nathan: "Look me in the eye. Tell me I'm wrong. See? Now you can be mad at me all you want; you can say your heart's fine...but till you tell this girl how you feel... your heart's gonna be flawed. You need to talk to her Luke."

Lucas talking to Anna about Brooke:

Lucas: "Hey.I'm sorry about this. I...I just... I had to see you."

Anna: "Lucas, what's wrong?"

Lucas: " You know how much I care about you, Anna? Because I do. But there's somebody else. And she's a part of my history that... came before you...and I've been lying to myself about the way I feel about her...and I need to see her tonight. Cos I feel like she's slipping away. I'm sorry... Anna."

And then Lucas went to see Brooke at her house, but she was with Felix, his face, poor guy, he was suffering.

3.13- The wind that blew my heart away. The speech in the rain.

Brooke: "Just tell me, why me this time? Why not Peyton?"

Lucas: "I can't say anything bad about Peyton. She's my friend. She's your best friend."

Brooke: "That's okay. You can say bad things about her."

Lucas: "Oh, Brooke.The truth is I care about Peyton."

Brooke: "Then what is the difference?"

Lucas: "The difference? The difference is I love you, Brooke. I want to be with you, not Peyton."

Brooke: "But why? I need to know why."

Lucas: "Because you kink your eyebrow when you're trying to be cute.Because you quote Camus even though I've never actually seen you read. Because you miss your parents, but you'll never admit that. And because I've given exactly two of these embarrassing speeches in my entire life and they've both been with you. And that's got to mean something, right? And because we're both gonna get pneumonia. But if you need to hear why I love you, I can go on all night."

Brooke: "You did pretty good."
