Of couse you have to know german, but if you know you woud appreciate it from the first listening. The great voice of singer Xavier Naidoo gives this record the final touch. Some lyrics contain religious connections, as for ex. "Vielleicht" (probably) or "König der könige" (the king of kings) but after all lyrics don't seem prayers at all. Perfectly created lovesongs are "Wenn du schläfst" (When you're sleeping) or "Und wenn ein Lied" (And if a song). They gain listeners attention because of their original lyrics, no cheap lovesong copies at all. If you don't understand german, believe me, buying this record is a waste of money, because the full fascination lies in the songs lyrics.

With this new record elisa tried to get a bit more rocky, and don't try to freeze off... she did, it's great. It has nothing in common with her recent records. I started loving her with this album. If you don't like her previous records, this one can make you change your mind about this artist.

Manowar is my favorite band since i was 8. I heard the first songs from a casette and as soon as i got some money i bought every record i could get, it didn't matter at what price and from where. I really like the guitar solos they play with the old-style e-guitar with long cords not fixed near pickup.. just sounds great. Eric Adams's voice is overwhelming, don't know how he could get this breathbreaking high tones; just wow..
At my advice, it has to gain 5 stars or even more

Shurely the way I got this album is not the best, but it doesn't really matter. I bought this album without listen to it even once. I saw a friend with it in his hands and when I asked him he said "It's the voice from the breil spot, it's great, get it". He was right, I was really surprised. First I played "Tangled up in me" because it sounded familiar to me (the one from the breil spot). As I discovered, it's the worst track on the record, but i like even that one. So if you like that track don't hesitate to get the record...

Surely a "can't get enough" band. I love to listen to this album while i'm driving my car. It's really great how one song flows into the other. Like every great rock/goth band it wrote a soft song and with "my immortal" evanescence really catches top ten. I can't await some more great songs. Hopefully there would be some ..
