I had a car accident last Thursday.

I was driving to school and I sneezed. I looked up and before I knew it I was rapidly approaching a car. I hit the brakes but it was too late and hit the car's back bumper. The air bags hit and my arms and chest got scrapped. It was so fast and so scary. I'm still trembling a bit and since I hit the other car it was my fault so I was fined and have to go to this class or I get the points on my license.

I know it was an accident and the girl I hit wasn't hurt, heck my car looks worse than hers. She even didn't blame me and when she say my injuries was more concerned for my health than anything else. We exchanged information and called our parents. Then the cops. Than the insurance companies...

And of course I missed class, this close to finals, I am freaking out. I also couldn't go to work the next day because I had no car and was injured, so my Mom had to go clean for me.*
*Yes I work for a cleaning service. Gotta problem with that?!

So yeah... I was in a car accident... and I'm hurting,.. in more ways than one.... T3T

On my last post I said i got a new job...

Well I just got fired.

I know, 2 days on the job and I already have been canned.

I'm glad actually, I hated it, it was demeaning and horrible and everyone there treated me so bad they didn't even call me by name...

I did cry when I first was told, but only cause it was done in a cruel way...

Basically? I was humiliated, and told that even an average person could make a sale by now, and I wasn't going to be able to make it...

I felt like I had just been told I was slow and couldn't handle this job.. I mean for crying out loud IT'S TELEMARKETING! ANY TRAINED MONKEY CAN DIAL A PHONE!

They say they don't pay or care about sales you get, because its all about being positive and staying to script. But when I got to the floor... I was suppose to be monotone and they added and crossing out lines in the script. And I got fired because I just followed the rules, and just didn't get a sale in 2 days.

But the most sales we got each day was like... 39... out of like 10 people calling hundreds of people non-stop! Think about it...

I mean at least wait a week...

But then I would have been there all week.. I mean 2 days and I was already to quit... or go postal. It was that frustrating...

And not just the rude people on the phone... my co-workers were also.... very very very strange.

One of them was so annoying and creepy.. and of course I had to sit next to her.

Oh, and the supervisor that fired me was like a nazi all the time I was there. She must have monitored EVERY call I dialed, and then walked up to me and yelled at me what I did wrong. She would walk away, I'd sigh, and at least a few of the girls told me to ignore her and said I was doing fine...

And I thought I was for a rookie. Oh should I say "New Girl" as everyone called me.. except the girl behind me.. she called me "Hey... Girl who sits in front of me!"

And there was a few kind people.. the other and nicer supervisor gave me a free soda. And... okay that was it.

In all? I say good riddance. At least I still get paid the 2 days I worked.. I just have to wait until next week.

And I knew I wasn't going to last there.. but.. I expected to last at least a week... *sigh* So yeah... I got fired.

Well its a new year, and so far it's been just as depressing.
Money issues not to mention the fact that Mom got layed off.

But hope came in a new form when I got offered a job. After years of trying to get a job I finally got one.. lets hope I don't blow it... ^^;;

On the subject of hope, how awesome was the inauguration of President Obama. His speech was so moving I cried. All of those speeches were good but his was just amazing.

Did anyone else get moved by his speech?
Please no bashing if you are not an Obama supporter. I don't need to read things like that right now...

2008 was utter crap for me. Illness, stress, emotions.. I just want it to end!
2009 HAS to be better If not? Kill me now! -_-

I hope everyone is enjoying their holiday's so far. I am at my Dad's, and will be seeing all of his family within the week, and spending christmas there. It's great cause I don't get to see them that often, but sad cause we have had 2 recent deaths [within the last few years] around this time of year and I just know there will be awkward silent moments...

Anyway, I am enjoying some of my early christmas presents.. *huggles Dark Knight DVD, and wraps up in quilt* =3 I hope to get some more good stuff, although I don't expect much after how bad money has been this year.

When I am up at my recitative's, there will be no wifi, so I won't be online until I get back home. [which is on the 29th]
