Mini band bio
singer/songwriter for the band Inoar. Inoar stands for In Need Of A Rescue and was originally "I.N.O.A.R, Will She Return?" "Need a rescue from what? And from who? Her? Unlikely."But after weeks of saying it to friends and hopeful fans, it was changed to Inoar(Ih-Nor). "Now it's just a name. It still means In Need Of A Rescue but I want it to feel like a name and sound like a name. I'll leave the rescuing part up to whoever comes to my aid from anything life has thrown at me. We all want to be rescued from something at some point or another and I still feel lost in this world, so, why not?. My real name was given to me by my father and if I ever make a name for myself in this life I don't want to represent the name given by him or that same name 'she' will remember me by. So I'd rather everyone just call me Inoar. I'll save my real name for paychecks, managers and the feds." This self-starter group consists of one member and is recorded and managed from misc. locations through out northern Vermont. All instruments and sound effects consisting of hand/mouth percussion, guitar, piano, bass, violin, drums, harmonic and other random instruments and sound effects are all a product of Inoar's imagination and creativity. Though the lyrics are a bit depressing they are all a part of Inoar's inner thoughts and feelings about life and painful situations still being dealt with. "Some of my favorite bands like Regina Spektor and Elliott Smith always say that they want their music left open for interpretation. Elliott Smith once said 'You can take a photograph of New York City and someone might look at it and say ''Wow, that's really depressing and scary looking.'' And if you take that same photo and show it to someone else they might look at it and say ''Wow, that looks like so much fun. Imagine all the things you can do there.'' That's how I want my music to be heard.' I love that but if I am angry, upset or possibly happy that's what I'll write about and that's what I want my listeners to feel. I don't want to force people to feel the way I do and I don't want them to pity me or be sorry about my 'horrible' life. I just want them to be able to relate. Everyone wants to relate to someone or something and so few songs/bands achieve that now-a-days. It's all radio friendly pop that holds no meaning or honesty, just a beat and quick lyrics that rhyme. I feel that since I have so much built up anger towards the world I'll write it down and hope that someone will find beauty in it." The self produced album titled "Moon and Stars" should be expected by February 18th, 2008. The CD will contain 20 tracks and a few hidden and will be sold for $5.00 USD. Every CD will be recorded from a home computer using light-scribe to label the front of the disc with an image and the sleeves will be printed on high gloss photo paper with the full track list and contact information.
