My Gaming Collection vol. 2 (Console games)

Here's the rest of my games. This time all of my console games. Oh and I found another PC game hidden in my drawer. Keep in mind that a sold a bunch of games in the past month or two, so my current collection is pretty small.

Playstation 2:

Xbox 360:

PSP:

I use to have many PSP games, but I've sold almost all of them because I am planning on selling my PSP soon to a friend, that's why I have barely any games anymore.

And last but not least: Metal Gear Solid 2 (PC)

Gaming Update (Halo Impressions & Surprise Surprise)

Hey guys. I'm back yet again to bring you another little gaming related blog. On my last post I said I found a copy of Halo Combat Evolved for the original xbox. Well, during that time I've played around with it, I beat the first 2 chapters, and I can say now I know why this game was so hyped back in the day. Me being a Sony only player at the time was ignorant of what the xbox was capable of... This game is great, even for a 7 year old game, it manages to look amazing. Although the motion capture animations look a little dated, but everything else looks superb. Great controls, good graphics and the sound effects are awesome. After I finish this game, I'll look into the second and third games.

I want to say sorry, I know I said I was going to stop buying new games until next month, but I couldn't hold off buying any longer. So what did I pick up? (scroll down and see for yourself)

Yeah! Tales of Vesperia. The game also came with a bonus DVD that was taped to the back of the amaray case...

I bought this game not really knowing all that much about it. One of the main reasons for buying this game was because of Sonic5227's last video blog, which he posted a week ago, he said great things about this game and how addicted he was from playing it. I was very interested after watching his video, so I head out to a gaming shop, what do you know, they had a 360 kiosk outside with this game in the console. Well after playing for say 10 to 15 minutes, I was hooked. I said to myself, ''I gotta get this game''. I've not opened my copy yet as there are still games needing to be completed.

I'd like some helpful advice for a semi newb RPG player, I've not played an Role Playing Game since the Playstation 1 days, so I'm a little rusty. Are there anythings I need to know before I start playing? The demo I played at the shop was I believe a tutorial level at the start of the game. Leave a comment, any help would be great. That's all for now. Everybody have a great weekend.

Old School Gaming and Other Stuff

Hey guys. I've got a lot of spare time now, so I was bored and thought of giving you all another little update in my life. I went out window shopping today, was in a gaming shop in the city and found a used copy of Halo for the original xbox (see picture below), in perfect condition, no scratchs or mold. Yes, we get mold on our discs, maybe it's because I live in an old house, that or because Taiwan is very humid, either way I am a happy gamer. Original xbox games are hard to come by, meaning they're very hard to find.

I have never had a chance to play through any of the Halo games in the past, as I was always a Playstaion enthusiast before I bought my 360. I was always interested in the series but don't know why I never bothered trying them out. If you're wondering I haven't played it yet, but I will after I finish typing this blog. Should be great I know this is one of the main first party games for Mircrosoft, so I know it's going to be good. I'll let you guys know what I think in my next update.

In Taiwan there is a another Typhoon blowing our way, it's down south right now but slowly coming up north. The other Typhoon we had, which was last week tipped over an entire hotel...

Pretty scary, huh? Glad I live in the city where there aren't that many problems with buildings get knocked over or water floods. Although my heart goes out to the people who have to go through these troublesome times. Well that's all for now peeps, I'm going to try Halo 1, I'll se you all later. Have a great week everybody.

Received New Game Today

Hey all. I know I said I wasn't going to be buying anything new until I finish what I already have, but my birthday is coming (October 5th) up. One of my friends gave me a new xbox 360 game as an early birthday gift, and that game is...

Yep, NBA Ballers Chosen One. Yeah yeah I know that this game got terrible scores but what the hell. I'll give it a shot. Worse comes to worse I'll sell it if I don't like the game. As awlways, have a good one.
