makes me wanna barf

I'm talking about the number of Brucas v Leyton arguments still going on in the OTH forum. I think they will go on even after the show is done and over with. Five years from now if I visit the OTH forum there will still be a few people carrying on the argument. As you can see I'm absolutely tired of it. And it's not as if I go looking for those threads. The arguments turn up from the most random threads where the original discussion was something else altogether and somehow the discussion turned to the love triangle, the lack of it, the need of it, the uselesness of it or some other form of it. I know Krisie gets a kick out of leading brucasers on (not the relatively mature ones. i suspect these ones are all younger than 16) and except for Krisie and a few others who keep repeating their well formed arguments, the rest just seem to be going around in circles.

It is all quite amusing to watch but when you stumble upon thread after thread with people talking about the same thing it can get really annoying.

Exams in exactly 7 days. I should be studying.

OTH withdrawals

i was expecting the withdrawal symptoms to set in pretty fast but it turns out that with my final exam in 2 weeks, I don't have time to go into withdrawals. Lol. I've been watching random episodes from my box sets and after exams finish I will go through each season again or if the summer partying gets too rough then at least the leyton scenes when I get the time.

Oh and if anyone hasn't noticed my new icon and new signature banner, then please do go ahead and notice them

Thank you OTH

I started a new thread on the forum and decided to post it here as well.

It is wonderful that OTH will be returning but this wednesday will be the last time we see them in high school, the way we first fell in love with the show. So I decided to create this thread for us to post random thoughts of tribute to this show.

For me this has always been and will always be that show, that one show which leaves an impact on your life. I remember the first time I saw it and how I fell in love with it. Like Peyton once said, it was like watching this really great band for the first time, everyone's thinking it but nobody's saying it. Like that, I didn't have to explain why I loved it, I just did.

My favorite season will always be season one. Favorite guy, Lucas. Favorite girl, Peyton. Favorite couple, Lucas and Peyton. Favorite adults, Whitey and Ellie. Lots of favorite music and favorite episodes. Lots of favorite quotes and moments.

Basically I will never stop loving OTH and the high school years will be dearly missed even if season five turns out great. And of course Mark Schwann without whom we'd never have had the luck of seeing a show as great as this. I mean who else could have combined the basketball, the music, the art, the literary references AND the drama and made it into a show like this?

So thank you OTH, growing up with you was fun.
