why do you forsake me...

sure sometimes my fault, but i just spent 10 minutes typing a reply to a thread that was LOCKED... argh, why does it allow me to reply is you are already locked?... why is there no sign of symbol on the entire page that shows it is locked!!!

(I got to that thread through a google search, so did not see icon in thread list).

another pet peeve with GS forums is no bloody search function.... common... i have tried asking for help with this and other tell me the search bar is on top... yes... ok, but that searches every single post/thread in the GS forums - how can such a mega-game site have such lacking forums.... am i missing something!!!
