This cd is mostly their softer stuff and Jack experiments with paino, something on The Nurse I'm too lazy to say (yes but not too lazy to type out all that), on Red Rain and Blue Orchid, you can hear the rock that single lovers like. My friend actually went to the concert for this cd in Atlanta and everyone who went there for Interpol left in the middle of Hotel Yorba. Like Hotel Yorba? listen to Little Ghost. This cd is a combination of the sounds of ALL of their old sounds on all their old cds and brings them out in a completely different fashion (oxymoron you think? listen to the CD and you'll understand) This cd had to grow on me. I picked it up for the first time in a couple months and listened to it about 20 times straight today. Give it a chance. You'll probably like it one day.
