Dragon Ball Z is one of the most popular anime shows ever. It is also one of those many movies that everyone thinks that is impossible to be transformed into a live-action movie. But if you think about it, with these days tecnology, almost any movie can be change from anime to live-action. For example, who would've thought that transformers would hit the teathers?! I mean thats freakin crazy, and it came out pretty good with outstanding special effects and great casting making it one of the biggest blockbusters of this year. So its not very hard to think off that a Dragon ball z will turn out to be an amazing movie, I mean its official that it will be out, but we will just have to wait. I just hope they at least try to keep the same story line as the series and try to keep the looks as close to the characters in the cartoon. Luckily this movie has been in the making for some time now and acording to www.movies.com it will be out in 2009 which is good. The casting might be quite a shock for you, but you will have to get used to it lol. OK people, here are the actors for the main cast. Here is Justin Chatwin as Goku, Emmy Rossum as Bulma, Chow Yun-Fat as Master Roshi, Jamie Chung as Chi-Chi and James Marsters as the mean old Piccolo, and yes Piccolo will be the bad guy in this movie, thats right no Mayin Boos

If you ask me, James looks really a lot like Piccolo even though he is not wearing any make up lol. Justin Chatwin he really fits in the cast for Goku, because Goku is actually a calm peace minded character, and well Justin doesn't look as a really bad ass guy so thats why I think he really fits in the role for Goku. An Jamie Chun! OMG, give me a break she is my only consern in the cast lol, lets be serious, I don't have anything agains etnisities but Chi-Chi is like very very white, and well Jamie Chung isn't. Don't get me wrong I'm not rasist, but at least they should have choosen someone like Lucy Liu. Well anyways, I'm obiously going watch it this movie. But I hope it's at least entertaining and filled with crazy martial arts action like the anime cartoon.As an adaptation of Dragon Ball Z, this project is not looking good so far, its has been only rumors since 2006 so I have no idea why are they taking so long for advertisements and stuff . Anyways in movies.com says that it will be out in 2009 so that makes my day
