well seeing as how almost all of the people with whom ive conversived with the most on this site have either been banned or simply moved on ive desided that i to shall take a temperary leave of absince... now mind u it will only be temperary, as the few who remember me from the old days should know ive left this site at least twice b4 and each time ive returned, and each time ive returned with more vigor then when i left... so ya ill be taking my leave but ill still drop in to check things once in a while... well i guess this is "Later" from the rounin of the internet ShikasxShadow... itakimasu...

wow i didnt realize this until now but appearently i havnt made a blog in around 4 months lol... ive always been checking in on the site but b/c it seems things have died down around here i think i forgot lol... well i guess ill start out with the personal happenings then move onto what series ive read...

well to begin with, im am now offically a pilot. i obtained my private pilots license in mid august and am now about 1/3 of the way through the requirments for the instrument license. (god knows how long that will take me seeing as how soon bad weather will start to affect my flying time.) unfortunatly thats all thats happened really lol, still having girl troubles, still working nonstop to pay for college, still having to deal with the fact no one knows how to keep track of important paperwork lol... *sigh*

oh, but the good news is that ill be going to Anime Central may 8th-10th with a bunch of my friends from a club at my college. if anyones planning on going then u might be able to find me (i plan to cosplay as Stien from soul eater) though i doubt it since aside from that i havnt really given anyone any clues as to what i look like lol... (origonally wanted to go as Zero (code geass) but unfortunatly i have both little time and money so it'd be to hard for me to do... that and im lazy lol)

Code Geass R2: 10/10 wont go into much detail here but let me just say this is by far my favorite anime series to date... I HIgHLY recomend this series to anyone whos a fan of anime... though i slightly disliked the ending (expected from me lol) overall i like how the story came to a close... such a shame that the series had to end though

Zero no tsukaima season 3: 8/10 bit of a let down but still entertaining... not much to say about the series...

Currently watching/waiting for updates

Soul Eater: 9/10 perhapes the best series that iv started as of late im currently addicted to the series (though not on a code geass level)... at first it thought this series was meh (first like 5 eps are kind boring) but after a while the chars start to grow on u and u realize just how deep the story gets... good comedy, good action, amazing chars (though some can get annoying at times *cough* blackstar, kid, excalibur *cough*) so ya overall cant complain... aside from the fact i have to wait for new eps

Seirei no moribito: (score pending) currently watching... entertaining enough to keep watching but not enough to talk about so far...

Nabari no ou: 7.5/10 entertaining, yes... greatly... probably not.... though its a desent series i dont really like ne of the chars and the story is sorta meh... (currently on hold b/c i lost interest atm)

Dropped series:

D greyman: 6/10 not even entertaining enough to get me through early mornings... once i found my self thinking "man i dont wana watch d gray man this morning" i realized this series is so bland i said screw it...

to-love-ru: 8.5/10 highly enjoyable series that i recommend to anyone who enjoys romantic comedys... though yes its just like most other rom-coms i rate series by how much i enjoy reading/watching them not on origonality... waiting for new chaps suck lol

imortal regis: 6.5 why am i still reading this series again? idk... but it seems that its production has been postponed for somthing else so i dont mind lol

Finished manga:

Ichigo 100% 9.somthing/10 (need to update top 10 list) by far the best thing ive read in a long, long time... i first started this series last summer and thought "naw this isnt for me" (kanon 2006 effect) and now its easily in my top ten list somewhere... i HIGHLY recomend this to anyone who like romantic comedies... be adivsed, though the begining may be a bit slow (main reason i stoped reading it was b/c i couldnt get into the story) stick with it... trust me...

well although i have like 4 other high scoring manga ive read recently ive run outa time... pending how many people actually remember that im here ill finish my updates lol (or u could just go to "my anime list" page (link posted above) to see all my scores lol... well itakimasu.

as the name states conairvader (aka snoopla from the good old days) has been banned from tv.com... although b/c i dont post on the naruto forums (and dont plan to seeing as how its the same topics over and over again) i dont know the details as to why she got banned... so i wont point fingers at ne1 but i will say that she will be missed... long live the remaining members of team JM!!!

Tengen Toppo Gurren Laggen: (score pending but expect it to be really high)

yep although i started this series quite a long time ago (back around sep-nov) i finnaly got around to finishing it... no sooner did i start rewatching the series did i remember how much i loved it (stoped right before the time skip)... an amazing series which i highly recommend to anyone who is a fan of action, mech, random, or even light comedy anime. i liked how the story got more "mature" towards the end and how things progressed (even towards the end when things moved along at a faster pace) its also one of only a few anime whos ending i dont dislike... so far death notes is the only one i can say i really liked but this one wasnt to bad (aside from feeling sad for how simon ended up... ) but ya great series... shame good things have to come to an end... : origonally took up my night anime slot back when i first started the series but when i came back filled in my morning anime slot... very well rounded anime which can be viewed almost during any time slot... replacment for my morning slot seems to be "ninja scroll" or the new series "nabari ou" unless someone else can give me another "simple storyed, sit down and watch, action driven" anime in place of ninja scroll : (examples or my morning type anime include basilisk, fate/stay night, kenshin, evagalion, FMA)

Love Hina (manga): (score pending but at least upper 8s...)

Love Hina had taken up my manga slot (during the morning right after the morning anime slot) and i just finished it this morning... although Love Hina is ur typical harum/romantic comedy manga i rather enjoyed the series... a well rounded cast or chars (those who know me well could probably tell who my favs were: motoko, naru) and even though M2K dislikes having a "loser" main male char i actually enjoy having a well thought out "loser" main male char. not quite sure how to explain why i like love hina so much but i just did... much like it tengen i hate it when good things end... *sigh* love hina was the perfect "morning manga" in my opinion and not having it any more really sucks lol... : replacment for my "morning manga" slot will be the short novel series of "The Meloncholy of Haruhi Suzamia"... this series is already at my #3 fav series overall its just that i havnt gotten around to actually finishing it... of coarse back when i first started the series it was still being released but now its all out i really should finish it... it also doesnt help that MHS is one of the most referanced anime/manga/short novel series around now adays (lucky star refs MHS at least 20 times, Hayate refs MHS at least 10 times, almost ever single site that is related to anime seems to have a MHS pic somewhere on the site... so ya when im not reading the series its all around me lol) : Currently vol 7 pg. 85

Hayate no gotoku: (score pending but at least a 9 O.o)

when i first stated watching hayate i was a little put off by its randomness when it comes to its story or comedy... but after watching past the first few eps ull come to love the series for it. (currently ep 40) quite a funny series (75% of the comedy is "sarcastic"... my fav type XD) and the shear number of refs to other anime/manga is amazing (so far not a single ep has gone by without refing another anime/manga... they dont even try to hide the fact that they are reffing other series and that just adds to the comedy. example "its so great it would even impress the ultra director of the S*S brigade"). this series has a perminate grasp on my night anime slot and until i finish it no other series will take its spot (exaption being code geass r2 but i watch that in the morning XD)... cant wait for season 2 to come out... (next in line is "Beck" as ive heard 3 dif people give the series a great review (top 10 in 2 of thier lists) and after that im probably rewatch AMG and then continue on with the series...

Code Geass R2: 10/10 (currently #1 fav series of all time) if u havnt seen at least the first season u must... and if u have and arnt up to date with R2 why are u wasting ur time reading my blog...

as u can tell this is my fav anime series yet and the second season has yet to disapoint... only things i dislike about it is that 1. i have to wait for new eps to come out *arg!* 2. the week when a ep was not released (my prayers go to those still recovering from the earth quake in china though im not religous in the least) and 3. a few things are left unexplained or were explained in little detail (not major story plots but like why did Li attack the order of the black knights at the end of one ep and then the next ep was still working along side them??? (end of ep 3-4 me thinks)) aside from those little things (2 of which cant be helped) i find nothing wrong with this series... u should watch it... NOW Lelouch Vi Britannia COMMANDS IT!

finished cowboy bebop... was entertaining but didnt see what everone was so hyped up for... many people say its a great series... i thought it was decent and all but meh... personal opinion... (score pending)

have yet to see last ep of GTO (hate finishing good anime)

decided i was finally gonna finish tengen (it took cowboys morning slot) seeing as how i stoped watching right b4 the time skip... now i remember why i loved the series so much XD
