My Superhero show idea (copyright)

So, this idea has been playing in my head for ages now, and I'd like people opinions.

I was thinking about a superhero kinda like the greatest american hero. Just an ordinary guy, who has been blessed/cursed with powers that can save the world. The problem with this, is that in this case, his powers keep changing. Sometimes lasting days, other times lasting minutes. One day he can walk through walls, the next he can stretch his arms.

I was thinking it could be a guy or a girl. Also, this would mean that you could have almost limitless stories, as well as comedy and action at the same time.

What do you people think?

That sounds awesome. Though, have you actually copyrighted it? Because you really, really should! Its a good idea.

I think it should be a girl And I think you should call her, um, Rogue.

I was leaning towards Flux, since her powers are in flux.

Technically speaking, certainly in UK law, publishing, dating it and asserting copyright would have been enough to copyright it. However, having published it on TV.com, due to their Terms of Service, may given them the right to do what they want with it. Though strictly speaking that means republishing the text in other ways.

try reading the terms and conditions of hotmail. anything sent via their service becomes their property to use as they will.
