With the new British Invasion that is going on with acts like The Arctic Monkeys, Babyshambles (The Libertines are still the best), Hot Chip, Bloc Party and the many others coming from across the Atlantic. Leading the way with a new sound thats taking the States. Now it seems they might have some hefty competition. We may only have to look up for us in the States to see the new music explosion coming from our neighbors to the north. With new fantastic bands tearing it up in Canada and crashing through the borders it feels like a refreshing cool breeze to break us away from the norm. With exciting bands such as Broken Social Scene, Wolf Parade, Stars, Arcade Fire, Metric and Feist there's hope again in music. So heres a link to a video to each band, enjoy!!!

I'm going to try and post a band I like every month here and this months band is The Advantage. The Advantage is a San Francisco based Nintendo 8-bit retro band that ****fy themselves as a "California, 8-bit, Nintendo band --serious dudes that rock with good nintentions." Everything a person can want, there favorite NES game music played to perfection. I saw these guys at the Echo in LA and they were awesome!!!! Never in my life have I heard a band play every note to perfection. Defiantly a band to check out if your a game lover. Heres a link to them, enjoy!!

The Advantage

I'v become bored with WoW. The Burning Crusade was a disapointment, for some reason I wanted more. I'v only logged on so I dont get kicked by my guild. If anyone stumbles opon this entry and plays WoW. Do you feel the same or are u still a die hard player.
