It was another cold day in Georgia and with absolutely nothing to do. Of course thre was lying around and being lazy, spending money aimless, or (the choice I made) watched 'Cloverfield.' Well on the way to the movies I felt a wave of adrenaline flow over me because I knew I was in for one heck of a thrill ride. Two hours of wall to wall mayhem and an urge to jump up and say WTF every chance I got.

A lot of you out there in t.v. land are like me and enjoy a good blend of visual affects and a solid story line...so I'm here to tell you this is an indulgence you want to partake. Two thumbs up and a 'hell yeah!' for the best movie so far this year. Go see for yourselves, and if you already have...what'd you think?

NEW YEARS 2008

Well, well it's been a long year but as those before it; this one too must come to an end. So how was your 2007? I'm sure if it was anything like mine it had its highs and lows and even some in-betweens. Share some silly stories, sad stories, or even though that made you go "hmmm!" I for one am looking forward to 2008 because I've finally had a year (of recent) that ended on a positive note. So who's celebrating and how? There a special someone, family or just doing it solo? And of course, what are your resolutions?

For all my friends out here in tv land please have a pleasant and a safe ringing in of the New Year and don't forget to check in with all your favorite shows...I hear this year is going to be big for a lot of fan favs!

HAPPY NEW YEAR from Slim

Well start my new job tomorrow while preparing to test for another which I hope to make a career of. I have a little part time right now and it pays the bills for now but I'm too old and bored to be stuck dealing with the tiddly nonsense. On a side note though at least the upcoming weekend is looking promising. Got invited to a 'models call' which is basically a party for the beautiful and excentric people around here. It's not my first one, technically my second, but those things a FUN FUN!!! Obviously I'll post afterwards just to give a glimpse as to the going ons but my priority right now is just getting used to this new job then I can fully enjoying the coming festivities!

What's everyone elses plans for the week? Paint me interested!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING

Happy Thanksgiving to all my TV.com friends and may it be blessed. For those of you who sat back and watched a little football like I did then you had a lot more to be thankful about. Obviously my avatar says it all and yes my Dallas Cowboys are now 10-1 and on their way to play Green Bay this time next week. For those of you that spent it with families try not to be that guest that overstays their welcome...dine and dash baby! Get in, eat, and RUN!!!

Seriously though I hope everyone had fun because now it's on to Christmas and we all now how that goes come 'Black Friday.' Jeez! Well enjoy your evenings and play safe.
