Game Informer came in the mail today- reviews of Beatles and Batman

Beatles gets a 8.75 while Batman got 9.5. Game Informer went as far as saying that Batman "is this year's Bioshock".

After playing a demo of Batman, I was hoping the rest of the game would be as good as the demo. Looks like it is.

I'm curious to see what Gamespot will score it. I'm sure they're in the middle of reviewing these games.

There are a couple of other games that were reviewed (i.e. Madden) but most have that game already.

There were some previews I've never heard of. More on that later.

about how a site called RAM Raider wrote an entry that Game Informer were apparently made to give that kind of review by Eidos ..
Whether they are right or wrong ( I personally think it's false ) .. it's still suspicious cuz apparently Eidos had done that kind of thing before ..

Batman for the NES was one of those 'I can't believe how good this is!' movie tie-in games. I guess the brand has the magic touch.

The buzz on The Beatles has been really strong, which is a relief. My wife keeps bugging me about when it's coming out.

What is it with rhythm games that always score them a 8ish score? My wife doesn't like the beatles, but the rest of my family extended family does. I thought about getting this one just for the holidays when they come to visit... but I'm not sure I want to dump for all the mics so we can harmonize...

As for Batman, this is one of those games that just hasn't turned my interest for one reason or another. I guess I better play the demo seeming that is what made me want to get Bioshock and I loved that game.

One of my Brothers owns a 360, the other PS3. They're both pretty stoked about Arkum Asylum. That review may just push one of them to go out and buy it.
