Howdy duty tootie fruity!!

Wow it's been forever and I day since I last blogged!! Phew this will be an undertaking. Ok, brace yourselves...this is gonna be BORING!!

Here goes...Blake had his 7th Birthday Party earlier this month. It was great fun we went bowling. There are pictures on my MySpace if your interested. We got him Guitar Hero for the Wii...I have become addicted.

I had to get a new cell phone, so I made the leap and got an iPhone!! I love it. I pretty much have Tv.com all the time now. E-mail, iPod, Internet...plus a phone...it works well for me. Plus we finally figured out how to run Yahoo Messenger though my text messages so now I have Yahoo all the time too!! I never miss a thing!!

Business is good, made it though the holidays. Now we are preparing for college graduation, then summer. Blah, it's good for business but murder on the feet. I'm starting my "spring cleaning" of the store. That requires dusting all the bottles and shelves. It has to be done other wise it gets pretty dusty in here. I'm just getting started and I remember how much I despise doing it.

We finally got our basement finished, made the move then it rained a lot and we took on some water. Lucky for us nothing was damaged. We ended up putting in a sump pump so we are dry now! So we put our basement back together and we are living again!!

I turned over a guide. It was a hard choice, but it went to someone who really loves the show. That is always good. I only like to turn over guides to people that truly love the show and want to make the guide better. Sadly that is not what every users intent.

Well I think that this concludes this rendition of Stu's blog!! Sorry it is so...blah but that is all I got folks!!

So I just realized my Ice Storm blog is still up! Just call me super slacker!! Been getting ready for the holidays here. If nothing else I'm ready for them to be over.

How is everyone's Christmas stuff coming along?

We got pretty lucky with the Ice Storm we missed the brunt of it. My Aunt lives in Kansas and she is still without power. Really bad out there they were covered by a pink blob for 2 days almost. Then hit with snow...it was crazy!!

Well I guess I should get started on wrapping gifts!! Or maybe I won't I'm not sure just yet!!

I will tell you more about the blog title in a bit. So first we must do something much more important. We need to "oooooh" and "ahhhhhhhhhh" over my super duper most fabulous banner. It is brought to you in part from the one and the only....~Newbie~. It looks lots of trying but she finally found the best banner I think I have ever seen. She incorporated so many of my favorite things. We got beer...how I make my living...Dog the Bounty Hunter...my favorite show ever...and Leland...cause he is the finest piece of eye candy out there.

So without further ado, Newbie...thanks you rock my friend!!

Now, the blog title...

That is from the lovely 3-year-old. Miss Piper in all her glory...can come up with some off the wall stuff. This is how it happened:

Me: Piper, Mommy needs to you to go pick up your toys.
Piper: (Hands on hips) My can't.
Me: Why can't you?
Piper: My can't know how! (shrug)

I was not sure if I was traumatized because the is possibly one of the worst sentences I ever heard in my life. OR if I wanted to die laughing because it was funny!

What else do I got...let me think...oh it is snowing here. I'm not real thrilled as you can tell. It started before noon and is still going...and should keep going all night...and part or most of the weekend. Yippy skippy...

Well I guess I best get moving...got stuff to do. Thanks for stopping!!

WOW...so what a night!! They were running behind and didn't actually open the doors until about 6:20pm. We got in and made our way to our seats...as we were going up the stairs I was like WHOA there is Brad! He just looked at me kinda funny cause like 75 people walked right past him and didn't even notice him...and he was like "hey how's it going" (as I was shaking his hand) and I was like "great man looking forward to the show" and he was like "cool it's gonna be great".

So anyway...we make it to our seats and on the screen comes a thing that says "Carlos is in the lobby taking pics and signing autographs go now!!" so I drag my sister-in-law with me...and sure enough there he is CARLOS!! and I was like "WOW" then I spotted his brother Joseph there too. So I ended up with all 3 of their autographs and I got a picture with Carlos. So here it is...so remember be nice!!



So I'm stoked. The show was awesome...first up was Joseph Mencia. It was pretty good...he has a harsh accent so he is hard to understand but it was still funny!! Next was Jackson Perdue. I wasn't sure who he was but he was funny!! So that was good...I would like to see more of his work. Next up was Cristela Alonzo. I had seen her at the Merchandise Table but wasn't sure who she was turns out...HUH STU she is a writer for the show!! Next was Brad...and OMG he is a riot I tell ya...I would see just him. Then Carlos...he was on stage about 2 hours...and it was AWESOME!! I would so go back...my face and stomach hurt so bad from laughing I thought I might cry!!

All and all we had a great time...I hope you enjoyed the story I can't share much because well it's a little on the "not tv.com friendly side"...so you wanna know what I seen visit the guide or watch Mind of Mencia!!!

Halloween Party tonight...hopefully I will get some pics!!
