so, i had my first visit ever with a chiropractor today,
because i've been having some major backpain in my
lower back. they did all these x-rays and scans.
the x-rays showed my lower back is out of allignment,
and i have some pinched nerves (yikes).

and the scan showed i have some major problems in my
upper back i'm not even feeling. like uneven amounts of
muscle, and stress or something. it was weird. haha.
but they're gonna fix it, so i won't be in as much pain.
the lady already did some stuff, and i already feel a little better.
i've got another appointment for saturday, and i can't wait.
