Church Lady!

Well, i made it up to church lady now!! Dana Carver is pretty wacky-i think those bits from "The Master of Disguise" are hilarious-"Terry Suave, Pistachio, Gammy Num Nums, and...the Turtle Guy!" "Am i not turtely enough for the turle club? Turtle! Turtle!"

Well, i'm glad to be moving up, but i wanted to hit that holy level 10...but i toally skipped it due to the points >_<

Also, i have the banana icon for lover of comedies!

Pupiless Barney

Does anybody else wonder...why some of the middle and later episodes of Flinstone drew Braney Rubble without any pupils? It doesn't make any sense to me, because all the other characters had black pupils. In art, you are almost always suppose to draw , if not a pupil, at least a small white streak in the eye to make it look realistically. But it made Barney's eyes look hollow, and he originally had black pupils just like Fred. Does anybody else have any ideas about this?

Lonesome Lenny

I just saw something the other day i hadn't see in a long time...a MGM cartoon (in between Tom and Jerry) called Lonesome Lenny , about a dog who gets a friend "Screwey Squirrl". And it craks me up-gee i wish i had a little friend, just for to play, gee i wish i had a little friend.... LOLOL. Tex Avery was pure genius. I really appreciate his work, and wish they had that Lenny cartoon listed on this site. BTW, Lenny calls the Squirrl "George". Did you ever notice how so many of th Tex Avery characters were called George?

Keep 'Em Comin'!

Well, i am now the editor for Laverne and Shirley, and it's awesome! Being editor for any show is a real honor, and i'm enjoying it. I encourage all of you out there to send me your submissions, as i am the only contributor right now. A great show like this needs your help! And i know fans will have alot of trivia to share that maybe i missed I am not picky about submissions, and will not likely give any reject slips as long as the info's valid. In fact, i became interested in being editor for this because, a few years ago, i realized there were no books (that i knew of) written on Laverne and Shirley, so i decided to keep a big notebook of my own chronicling the episodes, and watching them to gather the information. Under each episode i listed the writers, directors,a small story plot, all the characters that appeared, and any other pertinent information. Now i finally have a chance to put my research to good use! Right now on this site, i am working to revamp the listing of the info and such,as many characters were listed generically under episodes they did not appear in. But since i had my homemade list, iv'e put the characters that appear under their own episodes, for easy reference. Also, i am working in no particular order for all sections of info, so feel free to look wherever! As time goes on, i want this to be an extensive reference of the show we love. I am making a small dent, but i would still appreciate your help!

Later!
