Ok i bought the zen vision for $400. the first 3 days it was worth every freaking penny. i loved the lil machine. then the night mare kicked in two days ago when i put it on it went into recovery mode and the only way to get out of recovery mode is to clean ut the whole freaking zen vision. so i did that but then it gets worst now i have to upload a firmware 1.4 something. but it gets even more pissy the dem firmware wont connect to the zen vision so here have a $400 media player that will connect to my pc but not connect to the firmware needed to add media to it. what do i do i call creative labs and and i m on hold for like freaking 3 hours. and to make my day they freaking tell that theres nothing they can do about it i will just have to get a new one....get a new one he freaking says ....i m sorry but shite i m just to pissed
