No, it isn't a typo, I really am talking about gamestop, not gamespot. Games in gamestop are being labeled as "NEW" when actually, some of them are SECRETLY being rewrapped and polished to make used look like a new game. Gamestop also has strict return policies and BAD customer service. On the receipt it says that if the item you buy does not work or it gives you technical difficulties you may exchange it for the same product, but I once bought xbox live points but they didn't work. I tried compromising with the cashier but he said that it had NOTHING to do with them and it was our fault. We comprimised for a while until the cashier threatened to call the police for being on private property when I was not welcome. I mean, it's a freaking video game store. What else am I supposed to do, wait outside and hope for someone to return something for me? Don't go to gamestop, one day you might end up wasting good money.
