What. A. Boring. Day.
Respect my authority!
First one to PM me the correct answer gets 2 points. Anyone else with the correct answer gets 1 point. I realize this is tough, so the next one will be easy, I promise.
The answer was:
Character: Homer (Simpson)
Show: The Simpsons
Seems like the last one was pretty tough as well, but some of you managed to get it right. Bold names are the ones that got double-points for submitting the answer first. Some scores will come up '0'. That means that they guessed, but were incorrect. But as soon as you guess, you're part of the contest, so I will always post your score.

Here's the first little bit of The Boy in the Striped Pajamas:
CHAPTER ONE: BRUNO MAKES A DISCOVERY
One afternoon, when Bruno came home from school, he was surprised to see Maria, the family's maid - who always kept her head bowed and never looked up from the carpet - standing in his bedroom, pulling all his belongings out of the wardrobe and packing them in four large wooden crates, even the things he'd hidden at the back that belonged to him and were nobody else's business.
'What are you doing?' he asked in as polite a tone he could muster, for although he wasn't happy to come home and find someone going through his possessions, his mother had always told him that he was to treat Maria respectfully and not imitate the way Father spoke to her. 'You take your hands off my things.'
Let me know if you want me to continue posting this. Because I will. ![]()

Okay, and I went to a movie rental place today, and I got the movie The Boy in the Striped Pajamas. I would show you some pictures, but TV.com isn't being too nice to me right now. Anyways, it's based off of a book, which I have. In fact, I might post sections of the book in my blogs starting soon, because it really is a must-read.
It's a book about, well... the Holocaust. But it's really good, and I won't spoil the ending for you guys.

Congratulations. You've shown me that life is worth living by showing me how much my funeral will suck!

I saw something else kind of interesting while at Wal-Mart:
A Director's Cut of the Pilot for Glee. I, personally, did not get it, because I usually get season sets. But, I figured some of you might like the info. It costs $5 and, yeah, it's exclusively at Wal-Mart.
Special Features include:
Sneak Peek at "Showmance" (which already aired
)
Deconstructing Glee with Ryan Murphy
Dance Boot Camp
What is Glee?
The runtime is 74 minutes.
So, buy it if you're a giant Gleek. ![]()
