i was level 20, but it says i am now 19 with no experience. WTF GUYS!? WASN'T IT BAD ENOUGH THAT YOU HAD THE DRAGONBALL:EVOLUTION SCREENS UP HERE!?!?!!!?

Yeah, Raptor has it.

Pretty much level 20 was made to be faster, but as a result a few levels were messed around with so technically it's going to take you the exact same amount of time to reach level 23, which is where the adjustments stop.
