The Unquestionable Truth, Pt. 1

Yes, it's true, this is just the same sort of stuff that old Limp Bizkit fans have been waiting for. That amazing original sound that was all but abandoned after the first cd. This 5th installment from limp bizkit is an amazing album, however short it is, and proves that limp bizkit are still some of the best musicians around today. They have decided to do an interesting experiment with this cd which is to not advertise. Not one little bit, no advertising whatsoever, and then when they release part 2, they are going to advertise it and show everybody that they got their incredible music in under the radar, and that they are back!

It's true, this album is almost nothing like the first 3. Only 2 songs are traditional Limp Bizkit (Eat You Alive, Gimme the Mic, but many people will enjoy this album regardless. The only one is a fantastic song that shows fred's true singing talent. Behind Blue Eyes is just terrible though, the band has gone too far into mainstream with this disgusting country-esque song. Overall though the album is alright, and most songs are catchy enough to make it worthy of purchasing, and if you are a limp bizkit fan it is a good cd to own, but don't expect to be blown away, at least not for more than a day or so.

As gimmicky as Limb Bizkit has become by this album, everbody owns it. One major difference this time around is that the cd has been digitally mastered, and every little sound on the cd sounds refined and electronic, even the vocals. On this album, Limp Bizkit devotes an even larger portion of the cd to funk and funky sounds. Many are disappointed by this cd, but I find it to be quite an exceptional cd, and even though many many people say they hate limp bizkit, almost everybody has bought this cd, and i'm willing to bet that i'm not the only person who throws it on occasionally still.

Limp Bizkit's second album is almost as amazing as their first, and some may agree it is even better in some aspects. The first actual song on the album (Just Like This) sets us up for the sound of the cd which is heavy rock mixed with funk, but more balanced then the second cd which is disappointing to thier fans who appreceate them for their rock. Some highlights include Nookie, Break stuff, I'm Broke and 9 Teen 90 Nine. This is an amazing cd!

This is by far their best album. It focused more on metal and the talent of the band rather then just fred. Every song oozes with quality, and the entire cd is just amazing. Some substancial songs include Pollution, Stuck, Clunk and Leech. This cd is definately worth checking out if you like Limp Bizkit, and even if you don't its worth a shot to see if you like thier older stuff.
