.....but today I realized something and now I am done with it. I found out from one of my friends that there will now be moderators. Now I understand the importance of moderating, but to be honest, I already have pretty much memorized all the laws of Gamespot.com so I really don't need to remember what other rules they enforce as well as the ones here, and since I have enjoyed this site so much that I have been a member for 5 YEARS, gamespot is where I will spend my time.

I might go there every once in a while, you know to read blogs and stuff, but I will not post anything there, unless I am dying to respond to something.

So like I said I have been here for 5 years, since July 2nd, 2003. I can't think of a whole lot thats changed since then. Lets see, the buttons have changed, there is no mobile gaming button anymore, we now have an "images" tab to upload and share pics, and the rating system changed. Thats all the changes that I can think of off the top of my head.

So whats going on this weekend, you ask?!? Well, tomorrow morning I am driving to Tacoma with my wife to go play in a Texas Hold 'Em Poker Tournament to help raise money for Cystic Fibrosis. It's through the CF Foundation and hosted by the Radio station I was a guest on, 99.9 KISW. It should be a blast! After that, I might go and play softball with the DJ's, but I don't know about that yet.

Of course I will do plenty of gaming as well. Trekker and I played the demo of BF:BC so that we could get the unique weapon for reaching level 4 in the demo. On one game we reached 800 points each! Of course, trekker1303 had more points than me, I think by like 60 or so, but it was a beating that we delivered! It was cool.

Oh, I almost forgot! I was at Gamestop yesterday and saw this:

It was only 7.99! I did not get it because they did not have the bonus disc.

Oh.... I thought it was a rare game, but I went to eBay just now and bought a new one for 14.95.

I have never played the Table Tennis game before, and it was only 9.99. I will play it tonight probably.

Well, I think that my wife and I will go see The Dark Knight (finally) at the IMAX theatre in Seattle on Sunday. They show it 4 times a day and the IMAX seats like 550 people or something like that, so I feel more compfortable seeing it there. I don't know, I just have an issue with large crowds in small places. Also, tickets at the IMAX are $10 buck a piece, and everywhere else in Seattle they range from $8.50 to $10 bucks, so I would rather get the best experience for my money. My buddy Gen_Warbuff got to see the Bat-Mobile, Heath Ledger, and his G/F did the pyrotechnics for the film! It's cool that I will get to see her work! Hes a lucky guy!

My wife and I feel like little celebs today. From 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. we were on the BJ Shea Morning Experience, which is a BIG radio talk show on KISW here in Seattle, WA. We were on there so that Michelle could talk about her life with Cystic Fibrosis, because the station is having a Texas Hold-Em Tournament to fundraise for the CF Foundation. The guys on the show could have not been nicer!

We went in at about 7:30. We were early because traffic was not as bas as we had expected. So we get there and they had this breakfast spread prepaired for us. Michelle, the little devourer she is, dug right in. Then we went on and talked to everyone and had a great time. Then at like 9:30, Deon Grant, a safety for the Seattle Seahawks (NFL team for my mates that don't know) came into the studio to talk about the preparation for training camp that starts in like a week or two. He was a great guy! Very nice and very down-to-earth, especially for a guy that gets 6-7 figures a year!

All in all, we had an excellent time, everybody was great to us, we got free shirts and stuff. Man it was awesome!

I did give a shout out to everyone at Gamespot.com. They also took some pictures with us, including one of me, Deon, and my wife, which I will post as soon as I get them.

Man, what a blast!! It made my wife really happy, which makes my day!

Hey guys. I have noticed that just about everyones blog on here is about the grand opening of giantbomb.com. I did go there and create an account as well, but it will be #3 on my videogame websites to visit. My list is:

I have been seeing alot of blogs with stuff like "Giant Bomb is up! I am outta here!" and thats your decision, just dont let the door hit you in the ass on your way out. Not to sound harsh, but I have had my share of near-leaving moments and been just as pissed off at what has went on and the actions taken by the bosses here, but I have been here for 5 years now, and I still don't see any site that offers what gamespot does. Gametrailers.com is a great site for vids and reviews, but they take so long to post the reviews that I already have my mind set on a game way before they post it.

Besides Jeff could be this arrogant jerk that no-one likes, I don't know cause I don't know him. He could have been pissed off and quit all of us, we just don't think that because of a stupid cartoon. People and their conspiracy theories.....

I am always glad to see a new gaming site for my viewing pleasure, but I won't forget where home is, not at all.

So to all that are leaving Gamespot for good, see ya later. I might see you on giantbomb. You can always send me a friend request, my user name on there is tiggerboy. But rest assured that I am not going anywhere for good, thats just dumb.

If you guys dont know this yet, if you go to the new arrivals section of demo downloads, there is the Too Human demo. I was excited so I quickly downloaded the 1.1Gb demo. What the hell, is this what the games gonna be like?!? Its a demo. So I was playing it and the controls are whacked out! It's a demo. The graphics are alright, but nothing that constitutes the HUGE delay of this game. It's a demo. I was not impressed at all, but IT'S A DEMO!! I can't take it! I keep telling myself that its just a demo, but if this is ANYTHING that resembles the real game, I am gonna pass on this one. Did you download this yet? If so, what did you think?!? If you haven't, entertain yourself and download it and see what you think of it, and let me know! Am I being too critical? Am I being to harsh? I don't know..... I feel really disapointed right now......

My friends at KISW, a HUGE radio station here in Seattle, just emailed me and let me know that theres an opening to be a guest on the BJ SHEA Morning Experience, and wants me to be there! This show is one of the biggest radio shows in the U.S. since Howard Stern went to Satelite! I had to get away from all the stress and stuff that was going on here at the house. Man, with work, bills, E3 and stuff I felt drained out. So the wife and I went to our vacation house on the east side of the state. Its like a totally different state over there, its sunny, hot, and deserrt-like. We just hung out in the house and by the pool. I did some fishing Saturday with no luck. Anyways, I hope to be back to normal soon. I have to get back to my union also.
