Don't Buy any Iriver products! Poor Support! Some cases none! Don't Make the same mistake as me!. I own a H10 20gb Iriver product, and during a recent trip to Vegas I forgot my Charger and Cable there. I went on Iriver's Website and called customer service and they told me I have to wait until, April 25th 2006 for my AC Adapter, and sometime around May 2006 for my usb cable! insane! and its only Feb 2006 right now! I have to wait 3 months so I can charge my unit and transfer my business documents and pictures over to my desktop at work! Iriver is unreliable and this support sucks! Stay away! This is not a reliable unit for any businesses to provide their employee's with! You can step off a plane and buy ipod accesories anywhere in the world, for Iriver you can't do that, let alone buy the product off their website. Me and my company will never invest in another Iriver product, we will stick to Ipods. Don't save the $20 dollars and buy irivers, there's a reason why Ipods sell well and keep attracting its buyers back. 3 month wait is a slap in the face, and if you like being slapped around...then you should seriosly consider buying this product.
