"Comedy's Countdown to Goodbye" TONIGHT!
Hey, 'sup? Well, tonight is "finale night" for me. Tonight I am concluding two of my favorite series on DVD. Tonight I will be watching the series finales of Friends and The Golden Girls. I will most likely start it at 7:00, because I need to also watch The Sopranos on A&E. If worst comes to worst, I will just start my 'finale night' later and tape The Sopranos (which I will most likely end up doing). Here's a little trivia about my DVD-watching of Friends and The Golden Girls.
Friends: August 22nd, 2006 - February 28th, 2007.
The Golden Girls: August 10th, 2005 - February 28th, 2007.
(The dates when I started watching the DVDs was when I purchased the sets of The Complete First season.)
8/10/05 - 2/28/07
(1985 - 1992)

8/22/06 - 2/28/07
(1994 - 2004).

She's Done, Y'all...
Well, that's it. I am officially enraged. The CW has canceled its highest rated comedy, Reba. The series finale will air for one hour on February 18th. Well, ya couldn't just live with it, huh, Dawn Ostroff? Ya couldn't continue the only show that could've (possibly) given your mediocre network a name, huh?
When I saw this on the Reba page, I was outraged. My resonse, you ask? Wait 'til you read it, here it is:
BOOO CW! I ******* HATE YOU! BURN ** ****! I HOPE YOU FAIL MISERABLY (not that you already aren't)!!!!!! SURE YOU KEEP 7TH HEAVEN WHEN IT HAS OVERSTAYED ITS WELCOME TO TV, BUT YOU CANCEL REBA?!?!?!? THAT IS REDICULOUS! YOU JUST LOST A VIEWER! WE SHOULD ALL BOYCOTT THIS ****** NETWORK, THEN THEY'LL SEE THEIR MISTAKES! FORGET YOU, DAWN OSTROFF!
P.S. - Don't be surprised to see some of your other favorite WB shows canceled off of the CW, people. This Dawn Ostroff lady wouldn't know a good show if it fell out of the sky and hit her upside her big, EMPTY, head!
Why? It's like The CW's highest rated comedy. It just doesn't make sense.
Well, there ya have it, folks. For once in my life, there is not a single (new) thing that I will be watching on TV. Who knows if I will ever watch new TV again? I can just live off the TV-DVD shows I have, but those will get old fast. Well, movin' on....
