this album is probably going to dislike some blink 182 fans, cuz the sound is so different, so melodical and powerful...
the songs in the album is definitely the best work delonge has done to the date... showcasing a massive mix of sounds and style... the 6:39 minute opener is one of the best openers ever... starting with a beautiful soundscape... all the songs take you to another place...
the album highlights are Valkyrie Missile, It Hurts, Do It For Me Now, The Adventure, A Little's Enough and Start The Machine. You can hear the Box Car Racer influence in The War. Start The Machine is one of the most beautiful songs ever created... it starts with a piano that sounds like a toy piano, the soundscape is so great, it turns into an amazing chorus that makes you feel both sorrow and awe.
This album might not be the album of the decade or other things Tom hyped so much about... but it comes damn close and makes you wonder what Angels & Airwaves will come up with for their next album... definitely recommended, a must-buy and one of the best rock albums created in this century...

When i knew finch was making a new album i was so excited, i just couldn't wait, but when i heard brother bleed brother i was completely dissapointed. It's not what i expected from a great band like finch, they changed their emo/rock/punk sound to a "heavier and darker" sound, and it just doesn't goes with finch's style. There are a few good tracks tough, "Insomniatic Meat", "Ravenous", "Bitemarks and bloodstains" and probably "Reduced to Teeth", but the rest is just plain boring... you'll be skipping tracks a lot, unlike in what it is to burn when i used to repeat tracks a lot. Let's hope they listen to critics and fans and go back to their style.

Finch has to be one of the greatest bands ever... hands down.
Their album "What it is to Burn" is one of the greatest cds i ever heard, a masterpiece. With songs like "letters to you", "Perfection Through silence" and "What it is to burn", it's a perfect blend of genres. They changed a lot to a more dark sound in their newest album "Say Hello to Sunshine", but there are songs that are still great, let's hope that they go back to their emo roots when they create theire next album!

This is one of a kind album and band. They're not like other bands, they have a unique style and their lyrics are great. My favorite songs of the album are "A decade under the influence", "This photograph is proof", "One-Eighty by summer" and "I am Fred Astaire". I've been listening to this since it came out.

When i first heard mew, honestly, i thought they sucked. But after listening to it more and getting Frengers, i realized that this is a masterpiece. It's completly diferent from everything else, very melodic.
The best song in the album is definitely She Came Home For Christmas, when i heard it, it changed my perspective about Mew, i knew that this band was going to be one of my favorites. There are other great songs too, my favorites are Am I Wry? No, 156, Snow Brigade, She Came Home For Christmas and Comforting Sounds.
