The Final Stretch...
Of course I mean school. I have around 15 school days left, which is great. Because that obviously means summer, in which I can party hard and maybe get some new games. Speaking of new games, we're also in the final stretch into E3 which is a week from today. That means all sorts of new games to be announced. I am getting pumped for that.
Now onto the game portion a.k.a the purpose of the site. Anyway I think I'm creeping into another gaming drought using some games to try to keep me alive because my most recent games: Wheelman and Godfather II have been beaten. Anyways, here's the list...
Yea, its a bit different game genres. In Battle for Middle Earth II, I just started a new campaign and sometimes play skirmish. With FIFA 09, I still continue my season with the Olympic Lyonnais club of France. My team just owns the competition and my head striker, Karim Benzema has over 100 goals in one season. In Pirates! I needed to re-install it, so I started a new season as Smith. In my current fleet of ships are: The Neptuna II, Armastead, The Pious, Black Pride, and Mercurous. Now in Smackdown vs. Raw 09, I made a ridiculous wrestler named Mocha Latté who is a muscular black guy. He is amazing and hasn't lost yet, and I thinkI have 2 belts with him already...
I'm still waiting for E3 though so I can put some new games up on the list. I'm still wanting Batman: Arkham Asylum, Modern Warfare 2, and Assassin's Creed 2. Maybe the list could get bigger, but we'll see soon enough.
Alright, I think thats enough for today's blog. I think I'll be on more now too since I'm in the last days of school. Ok then, with that said, peace out and leave that comment as you leave...
On Vacation, but that Leaves Good Memories...
Hello people of gamespot. And yes, I am at my usual vacation spot again. That specific area is disclosed to you though. Anyway, because I'm on a "chilling" vacation and not doing much I have time to be here and play some old games. These older games are from none other than the Gamecube! I also have the Wii here with me, let's check out the games shall we?
I was limited to the amount of games I could bring with me, and I myself only chose Battalion Wars and Wario Ware Inc. The other two were chosen by my brother. Now for the Wii games webrought.
I chose to bring NBA Live and Mario Galaxy, and my brother chose to bring Super Sluggers. He also brought along the Nerf N-Strike game, and we already have Wii Sports down here.
Alright, now for some gaming news other than what is shown above. There aren't any new games in close range to buy at the moment, but as you know I am looking foward to Batman: Arkham Asylum in June. I also decided to bring my DS along with me as well, but I don't feel like posting the games I brought along with me.
Now for some gaming updates. First we'll start with Wheelman: There isn't much to say about it anymore. It's a great game yes, but I still keep getting those problems like before. I haven't been able to play it at all for a week. I last played when I had three missions to choose from when you have to organize hits on the three gangs so they start a war between eachother. Seems interesting, and I want to play more. So far I'd give this game an 8-8.5
The Godfather II: Again, another great game. I recently watched the 2nd movie again just for kicks. I'm still in Florida, and I've wiped out both of the Rosato's and am about to wipe out the Mangano's or the Granados. I have 6 members in my family including myself, but I have a capo spot open and that will leave a soldier spot open. The Godfather II is a great game and I recommend it to all of you. The only really bad thing is the online play. In my opinion it can be very unfair and you die too easily. So far I'd give this game a 9-9.5
Alright, well I think thats all for my vacation blog. I should be on all week for the mornings and nights, but feel free to message me and leave that comment on your way out. Peace!
Birthday Bounty...
Well, my birthday was on Monday, but I was a little busy as you could guess. So, why not have a small belated party? If you were wondering my age all these years, I'm actually 16 now. But, beyond that I am sorry that I really haven't returned yet here. I will officially, and I'm serious this time over my vacation which is next week. But, now why don't we see what I've aquired for my birthday...
Yea that's right, exactly what I wanted: Godfather II and Wheelman. Well, we'll start with Wheelman because I got this game first. Wheelman is a good game, except for the fact that I can only play it half the time I want to. Something triggers when I put it in so it doesn't always work, but when it does, Wheelman is fun. Theres good action sequences some diversity in campaign missions. However, the story isn't the best developed at the begining so I was a little confused at first. I'm later in the game now and really enjoy it.
Now for Godfather II. I only have two made men in my family, so I'm not extremely far at all because I just got it yesterday. I really love the concept of it though, and want to play more and more. So far I have a medic and a demolitions guy, a good start for me I think.
Well, that's all I've got for this blog right here. I'm actually going to make reviews for these games too, I'll let you know next blog so you can check it out.
I'm not Dead...
That's right, I'm not. I just haven't been on in a while. Well, I have just not posting and such. Anyway, how are you people of Gamespot? Me? Not too bad. I have been chilling really with nothing to do, so I decided to come back to here to spend my time. I can't promise a lot of time though because I do play a sport in the spring. So anywho, lets get down to business...
You know how I said I'm not dead? Well, I could be in the new games I hope to get. And why get these games you ask? One: I really want them. Two: My birthday is in nine days. Theres two games that i could possibly get for my birthday and one that's a whiles way off. They are...
Well we'll start with Wheelman. This is actually the only game that is out before my birthday. It did get bad reviews, but I enjoyed the demo and like the gameplay. However, this game probably won't be in a present for me. Next Godfather II. The game comes out the day after my birthday... great. I deffinately want this game the most because I'm an insane fan of the Godfather. I think I'll be able to wait one day. And lastly Batman: Arkham Asylum. I'm a fan of Batman, and in the past few days I've watched all the gameplay videos. This game looks amazing, and I love the stealth idea to it because it just sends chills through me. I can't wait.
Well, that's all I've got for my return blog. Leave that precious comment on your way out...
New Way to Chill...
I guess this title can mean a lot of things, but its basically about the New Year. After all, this is my first blog of the year. I haven't been active mainly because I had my midterm exams the past week, but thats all over and done with (Thank God). Anyway, hopefully this year will be much better than the one before because behind the scenes, things weren't the greatest...
Anyway, the New Year obviously means the new games. Yeah thats right, even though its only been 3 weeks since Christmas I am already looking at some new games. And they are...
They are Wheelman, The Godfather II, and Dawn of War II. Why these games? Well, Wheelman was going to be on my Christmas list, but it was moved back. The game looks really fun, and I saw it on E3. The Godfather because those of you who don't know, I love the mafia. Recently, I've really gotten into the Godfather series, watched the movies and read the book. And Dawn of War II because I've followed the series since Dawn of War, so it seemed necessary.
Now of course, I am sure you want my update on my Christmas games... Oh yeah, Gears of War 2 will be included...
Call of Duty: World at War: I've beaten the game once on medium, and played it on Xbox Live. I really enjoy the new addition, but the story for the Americans wasn't built together well, it was the Russians that made me love the game. I haven't played Live too much, I leave that to my brothers mainly...
Star Wars: The Force Unleashed: I've actually beaten the Force Unleashed two times. I am simply in love with the game, and probably will beat it a third and a fourth time. I've also seen both endings to the game as well. Force Unleashed is amazing, and I love it. I haven't been able to download the Jedi Temple level though.
Wii Games: I actually haven't played my Wii games since my vacation home. Its on a different Wii, so I didn't feel like starting over the games. But, in Mario Galaxy, I had about 32 or so stars total. In NBA Live 09, I played a total of 6 games and won them all. They're both really great, I just am too lazy to play...
Gears of War 2: I'm up to the final push, or on my way to see the Locust Queen. My little brother beat the game a while ago, so I am trying to catch up. I've played Live alot, but Live just isn't as fun. It takes too long to find a match, and you can't leave it. The game seems a little different, but I still enjoy Gears...
Alrite, well I think thats all for today's Wigglebutt blog. Thanks for reading and leave that precious comment on the way out...
